If they had a minus zero, that would be the score. The treat you like a true customer before you sign that contract. But afterwards you can forget it. If you miss a payment expect to get harassed from then to Ragnarock. But when you require a refund, better to get blood from a stone. They will hide, pacify you with fake receipt and duck your calls. I actually sat for 41 minutes on hold until they needed the line so they hung up on me. They have until Monday to get my refund straight. If they do I will rectify and even "refund " my review. If not I will be outside their store warning customers to not shop there. What's the term, " mess around and find out ".

Pottstown Aaron’s is the worst company to buy/rent furniture from they will tell you one price then charge you another. You will get the furniture that they tell you is going to be new with damages. Then when you try to call them the employee’s and manager have a nasty attitude the manager is the worst one they will treat you like a drug dealer who is trying to get money from a drug attic who owes them money. The only time they will respect you is before you sign the contract. You’re better off getting furniture from goodwill or thrift Way. They will rip you off then have the audacity to harass you. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity on this company. Horrible customer service worst experience I’ve ever had.

So I've never been late on any payment for 2 years however every week when I pay 3 to 4 days later I'm told I'm late and I need to pay. I pay over $600 dollars a month to be harassed on a regular basis. This is ridiculous. Also 2 years I've been a customer and in 2 years there have been 5 managers to come and go.

This location and the people who work there are clowns. I was told the couches was supposed to be delivered on Friday 9/30 know one called me to tell me the couches wasn’t going to be delivered they said monday now. Monday 10/3 11:35am still haven’t heard anything. I’m just going to get a refund. Unprofessional and just waste my time.

Very irritated. I bought our washer through Aaron's last year & had no issues- this time, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I visited in-store & was sold on a couch by a girl that was helpful, except she failed to mention that they didn't actually have the couch in New condition, only used, so I'd have to order it. She placed the order, told me they had a zero-down promo going on (which is 90% of why I was sold on it), and told me it would be in the following week. A week went by, I never heard anything. I had to personally call this place multiple times for updates on the couch I bought.. the first time, after a week went by, I was told they 'forgot to put it on the truck'.. the second & third weeks, I was told it's backordered. Every single week I've been calling, I get the same answer of "it *should* be in by the end of the week, if not, then next week". It's been almost 4 weeks now & I have never ONCE gotten a call from aarons, I've had to do 100% of the correspondence. Awful customer service. Also, they told me they had to speak to the manager about being able to honor the zero-dollar down promo, even though this was not my fault at all, and I only bought the couch because of that deal.

Since Tony left there the place is going down the drain because my mom's chair is broke and they wouldn't even give her a replacement until the old one gets fixed and yet they had one in the truck when they came to look at her chair and said they would loan it to her but didn't.

They don't even deserve a one star but the app makes me. I voluntarily gave my couch back and while the "qualified" movers moved my couch out of my house for pick up, they completely destroyed my wall and door frame. I took pictures of course and called in THREE times in TWO months for Aaron's to compensate for the damages done to my walls and door frame, to no prevail. The receptionist is just as clueless and the rest of them due to poor training. I spoke to TWO "managers" to never call me back and sending the pictures THREE times to their email they provided me. This company does not care about what they do to your belongings, your home, your stuff but how dare you for ruining their furniture...they come after us if we damage their shit but they don't give two shits about their customers' I will NEVER advise anyone to use this company, and they have completely lost an amazing customer who paid for their rented furniture a half a year in advance. Do NOT waste your time for the brain cells will evaporate from your brain just talking to these people. Just absolutely terrible company, treating their customers this way. Thanks for damaging my house your over paid movers did :) I appreciate it so much

I was desperate for a refrigerator, mine had quit working and food spoiled. I have two grandchildren living here and really needed a fridge right away. I went to Aaron's to see what their deal was and the next day I had a new refrigerator that didn't leave me so broke that I wouldn't be able to fill it.Thank you gentlemen for your outstanding service and cooperation.

I have a couch from there I have had it for 2 months now it’s an Electric recliner couch when it was delivered the cord was not with it so we can not use the reclining I am paying 1200 for this I have called about the cord many of times and they keep giving me a run around they keep changing me ever week but can not give me the cord ever excuse but me getting the cord for my couch now ever time I call to talk to the manager he never there I have called General management phone they have not even called me back give me a ticket number but it meant nothing this is total poor Service please safe yourself the hassle I have told them several times to please come and get this couch and they will not I now have to stop payment and that means canceling my credit card and then I have to get another one and start everything all over again with all my banking it is going to be a total pain but I have to do it so please thinking about shopping at Aaron‘s there are other places that can help you very very dissatisfied I only gave a one star because I had to in order to leave a comment and I so the couch is nice if I could use it fully

Been going to that store for probably 15 18 years Tony's always waited on me and always had great service with him and really never had an issue with anybody that works there they've always been very nice very attentive very helpful incomes new girl from Texas was very rude very short and very demeaning I have bought and paid off so many things in that store needless to say I took two of the items that I was leasing and gave them back we'll probably keep the third one only because I've paid so much into it it would be foolish me to give it back I will never return to that store there's other options out there and it's sad that it ended like this and the worst part about it I can see why she is the way she is because the manager is not attentive to his customers nor did he even call to see what the problem was and he was giving the message how's my grandfather always said they fish smells from its head on down I can see why that story is not doing the business that used to do.

Very upset with this place never been issue with my payment for 18 months bimonthly and they charge me a late fee ! With pandemic this place blows takes advantage of people with ! Furniture ends up 4 times the amount after paying it off ! Last time never again
