Scott and Jeff did a great job dropping off and picking up the storage container. Very professional, placed the container exactly where we wanted it and made working with Pack Rat very easy.

6/3/24 updated reviewEverything was great until the final pick up for one of my pods. I booked the pick up on 5/23 and it was picked up around 2pm, but then I got a voicemail around 7pm saying that my pod wasn’t ready for pick up and the pick up has to be rescheduled. I called back around 8pm and left a voicemail explaining that it was picked up. 5/24 I got charged the monthly fee, about $400. I finally got to talking to someone today 6/3 and they said I called in on 5/23 to reschedule the pick up which is absolutely lies. Now they have to look into when the pod was picked up. This is literally just fraud what they’re doing.4/24/24Jeff was great dropping off our pods for us! Called us multiple times to let us know his ETA. It was a tough spot to drop off behind our house and he was able to manage it very well!

Communication, delivery all well done and on time! Drivers did a great job. Thanks Rob Hay and Jeff in PA and the crew in Austin. They were very patient with getting the unit moved to an optimal location on our driveways for loading and unloading.
