I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome they were he was the only one that would pick me up I was 3 hours from home he drove 3 hours to pick me up then drove another 3 hours to drop me off I owe this man everything seriously number 1 in my book

Inwas aiting for hours for the company allstate motor club sent out to arrive. Two times they said they arrived on the app and never did. Gene was monitoring the app and noticed I finally canceled the call. He called me and helped get it set up for the next day, and he was there when he said he was. Fantastic customer service!!

Whomever answered my call was a blessing to me today. I called to ask a question and got more than the answer I could have hoped for. The guy who answered was cool af and so very helpful. Gene did an excellent job not only safety loading and unloading the vehicle but also helped me push that 5000 pound beast into place greatly appreciated his help and his knowledge of my vehicles rarity! I was in a predicament after AAA said that they couldn't find anyone near me to dispatch to my location. I called another tow company, who referred me to wreckless. I was able to call and gave the cross streets before my phone died. Not only did they find me, but they drove me to find a hotel, made sure my car was parked in the garage because I couldn't get the window up, and they made it a priority to fix my car in the morning. Most importantly, they made me feel safe, especially as a woman by myself at night in an unfamiliar place.Service: Car towing

I hit a guardrail while my steering wheel got stuck. I was able to get to the shoulder and had two dogs with me. The kindest tow driver saw me and offered me help. He assisted me in finding my SOS in my car and also called to see if I had a towing warranty. He was able to get paid and use his service my my car dealership. He was wonderful and professional. Wish I knew his name, but works for Reckless towing. Thank you!!!
