If I could give negative stars I would, I wasn't even going to leave a review here but since they are petty and wanted to delete my bad review and block me from their Facebook like children, here we are. I contacted them after I heard their credit amnesty ad on the radio, and told them my husband worked out of town but he made more than enough money to qualify and I had 2000 down. I also told them I wanted to trade in my own car but I still owed money on it. Now I'm not stupid I wasn't counting on the credit amnesty because of the fact that I owed on my trade in but I wasn't sure how that was going to work. So I contact them and I'm told it's not a problem that my husband can't be there just have him fill out the application and bring all the necessary documents with me when I go. So my husband fills out the app, and I get all the stuff together. They talk to my husband and my husband tells them whatever it costs is fine as long as I'm happy, ( his mistake because I think thats a big reason why it went down the way it did). I had a used car picked out that I wanted to look at, but when I got there he said he'd only be showing me new cars, ok thats fine I want my payments to be around 500 or less, which is what I'm told I'll be looking at. So I sit down, and inform him my current car is mine and my moms name, I had my mom with me so he says what if we just this one in your and your moms name too? This pissed me off because he said I didn't know how you were gonna make it to Tennessee and back in a few minutes (this is where my husband is) to get him to sign papers. I didn't appreciate the smart a** comment, but I was more ticked off that I was told he didn't need to be there. My mom wasn't with me when I bought my current car, we were able to do everything by phone and fax. So I said whatever and my mom agreed to it so we gave him all of our info, and he gives it to the loan guy? I don't even know because he didn't tell me anything. So we sit there I dont even know if it was 30 minutes and he comes out and says ok we got an approval, but the payments are 700 a month. Ok first of all, you didn't even ask me what kind of car I was interested or try to show me anything before you did that? You didn't tell me how much you were going to offer me for my car? You didn't tell me how much the car you were trying to get me approved for was? Isn't that all stuff that you're supposed to discuss with the person buying the car before you do it? All I told him was that I was interested in an AWD SUV. So I told him no I'm not paying 700 a month thats a huge leap from the 329 I'm paying now. He tried to talk me into it anyway, saying "oh you're husband said its fine he said he didn't care how much it was" like I'm a child and I need permission to be stupid. Kept pushing and trying to get me test drive it anyway. Then he said , well we have another car coming in that will be around 600, again I said no thank you thats still too high for me to be comfortable with. So we ended up leaving, on my way home my husband calls me, this salesman had the nerve to call him and basically "tattle" on me that I wouldn't test drive this car and flat out told him no. I am a grown woman I'm 32 years old and I don't need my husband to baby sit me. This was the most rude and disrespectful thing I've had happen to me. I'm not sure what he was thinking, that my husband would call me up and tell me to go back or what. I voiced my opinion on their facebook reviews which they obviously didn't like because I was blocked from their page. This is not a way to run a business, deleting honest reviews because you don't want others to see what happened. Any real honest business would reach out and apologize, and as I see it, the only reason to delete and block me would bec

Shout to Ray, Brad, Phil, Mike and the guy who shined it up before I drove it home, and if I forgot anyone else involved, my thanks! I love my new Cruze!

Terrible mechanics tell you you need to replace parts that do not need replaced. And when they remove parts they do not properly tighten bolts or install all bolts.and when you call them out on their mistakes they tell you to never come back I will never go back to this shop again.
