I had 2 bad dangerous experiences with this shop. First my van tire in the front blew on a highway, because the tire lug nuts where loose. Secondly, my car tires lug nuts were loose again after being there 2 days prior when they installed my tires, it was making weird and noises, I was wondering if my tire touching my strut spring, low and behold the 3 lug nuts in the driver side front tires were loose that I able to unscrew using the socket with my hand the same with other tires. For the sake of my safety I will.never go back to that shop ever again. I also notice their new worker who is an old guy is so obnaxious and rude towards me I observe how he delt with others, he was so nice to them except me, I deal with people nicely for whatever reason he was so rude to me, maybe because of my skin, that is the only I can think of.

I have been a customer of this station for years. Since it was Basile's long ago. Never had an issue at all. Till last Friday. I stop and get gas on my way to work in Duncansville 3 to 4 times a week. Gas is more expensive but I feel like I'm supporting a local business. I figured out that I spend on average $240 dollars a month there, approximately $3000 a year. I pulled up to the pump and paid for my gas. As I got out of my car to use the restroom, the owner came around from the back of my car and jumped in my face claiming "I left the water running in the rest room the last time I used it!" I said "Me? No way!" He got belligerent and confrontational with me! I have never left the water running in the restroom! That was the last penny I will ever spend there! I'll take my $3000 dollars across the street to Sheetz, he may not miss my business, but it might make a dent in his booze money.

Great customer service. They were so nice and fixed a tire for me, put in a new headlight bulb and brake light. They didn't even charge me and wouldn't take any money. They told me, "Merry Christmas!" So sweet!

Expensive to switch tires from 1 set of rims to another. And 2 tires werent on a rim so only had to put on rim. Cost me 80 bucks

They do great work and do no rip you off like a lot of other garages by claiming work needs done to your vehicle when nothing is wrong with it. They only do repair work that actually needs to be done.

I highly recommend their service....They are such a helpful & kind group of people!! They are amazing. I always get my gas there. I have good performance with the grade of fuel and it's also convenient as they pump it for you & they even helped me out with filling my windwasher. Not many places around like that anymore! Hope they are around for a very long time!
