Store is 12 miles southwest of State College. If you're located southwest of State College, Way Fruit Farm can be very convenient. I have not done due diligence to determine how much extra I'm paying for the convenience, but appreciate getting groceries 2 miles from home instead of 12 miles to State College. Happy to patronize local business instead of big corporate stores. If I need gallons of milk, dozens of multicolored local eggs, wide wide variety of baked goods, candy, whole bean and ground coffee, tea, snacks, potted plants, good variety of frozen pork & beef. Not much chicken, but I want thighs, and that's what they carry. "Amish Country Popcorn" kernels by the pound. More grocery items. A smattering of crafts. Indoor sandbox for toddlers. Popular eat-in / take out. Last couple of weeks, the fields are filled with people picking their own strawberries. Fruit and veggies, plump and fresh, from their own farm around the premises and I think some others locally supplied, but I never saw any "organic" selections. At the moment, they have a bin full of the largest Fuji apples in the world, plus other varieties. I think apples are Way's pride and specialty.

I took our 1 year old and Nana strawberry picking for the first time, and we had a blast. The strawberries are so fresh and delicious! None of us had ever been strawberry picking, but the staff was friendly and helped us learn all that we needed to know before we headed out to pick. It was reasonably priced for fresh berries.
I have also been to the cafe before and shopped in their store. Tons of delicious local foods. It's hard to narrow down what to choose. Overall, we love Way Fruit Farm!

Great food at reasonable prices means you'll have too many reasons to buy more food in their market on the way out

Just moved from Florida and live maybe a quarter mile away. Went here for first time today and needless to say we will be back. Amazing place and look forward to trying many more things. Super friendly staff.

Delicious food and plenty of options in the market. Chai tea was not great, but everything else was awesome. They even have play areas for kids inside and outside.
