Always very helpful, friendly and courteous. There is rarely a line and when there is, they work as quickly as possible to move it along. They are well trained and very knowledgeable regarding their services. I’ve never had an unhappy experience in the 7 years I’ve been going there.

Port Matilda Post office has been excellent. I am an online shopper and they hold my packages upon request and redeliver them. Wendy is my carrier she is fantastic and leaves the packages right next to my door so they are easy for me to grab. They have been efficient for the many years I’ve lived at my same address, with few mistakes. When I drive down to pick up my mail, usually Jason is there and he is very friendly and helpful. The other woman whom I can’t remember the name of is also great. They ensure I receive all my mail. Thanks everyone at Port Matilda PO!

We have two reliable mail delivery people who always deliver mail to the correct address. One mail lady always delivers our mail to everywhere else except to our address. A few times she was on our route to deliver mail and every time she was on we always got our neighbor's mail. Plus a few times mine and my grandmother's mail was sent back to the sender and they said we didn't live here and we've lived at our current address for 5 years now!

We're always getting other people's mail and I've said multiple times who all lives here. It's only my grandmother and I who live here and very often our mail is sent back to the sender and are always told we don't live here. We have lived here 5 years now and we have so much trouble all the time.

The driver for stormstown is lazy we have had problems with them not receiving mail and packages or they will pull up driveway honk once wait less than 30 seconds and leave so rude

The driver has been wonderful delivering packages to the door. The people at the office are also very nice and extremely helpful.

There is no reason for the damn drivers to not put a package on my porch, I live out in the middle of nowhere so WTF. Now I have to drive 15 miles to port Matilda and get it myself. Lazy people

This post office will not attempt to deliver certified mail, or any 'signature required' mail if you have a mail box at the roadside/driveway. Instead they will write a 'we missed you' notice and put this in your mail box, even when you are home and your mailbox is just a few steps from the doorbell. I watched them do it. Simply too lazy to walk up to the door and ring the bell. Instead sit there for a few minutes to write a notice.
