Houtz storage was a life saver (and marriage saver!) for the two years after we tied the knot and combined households. Toni was so nice and easy to work with. The unit itself was clean and secure, and held all of our extra stuff until we could find a more permanent solution. Many thanks! david

Horrible customer service. Called to see if there were any units available and the lady on the phone says “no” in a very rude tone and hangs up. I don’t ever do reviews but this was 100% unnecessary and unprofessional.
