I called around for estimates on a long distance tow and half moon was a great price! My vehicle needed towed 2 hours and 18 minutes away. They even did it same day! If i could give 10 stars I would!

After I was towed, I was told I would only be able to pay in cash. When I got to the lot to pay for my car, they weren't able to split my bills. Shocking how a company that only takes cash doesn't have cash at hand.

I don’t know what they did when they towed my car but I have had a malfunction error and something wrong with my sensor since. Took it to the shop same day. As soon as a mechanic figures it out I will be back to sue for damages. They towed while I was parked legally too. Not only am I suing for damages but also going to the better business bureau. They played with the right one.

Got a flat tire 3.5 hours away from home. My van was parked in a very inconvenient spot and they worked diligently to help me. I’m from out of state and I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Absolute scam. My car was parked legally but was towed anyways. I showed I was parked correctly and they still refused to release my car without me paying $250 cash. I have no clue how these businesses are allowed to operate like this. No accountability and no recourse for its victims.

These are not the best people. During THON weekend, Walmart called them to tow the cars of the kids raising money to fight childhood cancer who left their cars in the Walmart lot. Really despicable on Walmart's part and theirs. $400 to tow the car of a college kid fighting cancer. DO NOT patronize.

AAA told me I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before I would even get a time for someone to come to jump my battery. I called Half Moon, they told me they'd be here in 20 minutes, and they actually arrived in 10. They don't take AAA any more. They used to, but the driver told me there were too many hassles in getting paid, so they stopped. I had to pay them for the service, including a Sunday surcharge, but it was well worth it, as I was able to get where I needed to be on time.

I am from NJ and I broke down on 99 South at mile marker 67.6. Half Moon Valley Towning showed up within the time frame stated (1 hour) even though my insurance company gave them the wrong location. I called the office while waiting for the tow truck to arrive to give them additional information on what was going on with my car in case they needed it. The girl in the office realized they had been given the wrong location while I was on the phone with her and assured me that she would contact her guy to let him know the correct location. The guy who came out was friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with having a car towed and it was painless. I would recommend this company and use it if I lived in the area. Thank you guys!!
