So the women at the post office has been working there for 10 years and she has never done a C.O.D this is a part of your job. But you been with them for 10 years wow also they bring your package to your door and it’s a COD but you can’t buy it please make this make sense

Suddenly won't deliver packages to house after doing it forever. Not following PO-603 section 331.21. They just leave slips without actually attempting. Poor service.
