Rite Aid in Port Allegany is always clean and staff very friendly. The pharmacy part is busy because other pharmacy’s have closed and there are not enough workers, so clients often wait a good hour in-line for medications. People need to realize this place just got their business doubled due to the other pharmacy closing its doors. The staff is friendly, qualified, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately pharmacy hours are reduced; prescriptions after 1pm on Friday must be sought elsewhere or wait until Monday.
Been going to rite aid for years. I feel bad for the pharmacy part right now. Taking on other pharmacy’s that closed and not enough workers for all the clients. They’re backed up with orders. Have to wait a good hour in-line and to get your medications. They need more help to get caught up.

People need to realize this place just got their business doubled due to the other pharmacy closing it's doors. Personally I haven't had a bit of trouble getting things filled in a timely fashion. Friendly qualified staff.
