After a frustrating search to find someone who had the parts and the knowledge to repair the computer in our 2006 9-3 here in Berks County, we found European Motor Services. Jeff had the problem solved in less time than I spent on the telephone trying to locally find someone for service. One local “european auto repair shop”, told me to sell the car for parts…not Jeff! He knew what to do and the know how to make the Saab run like new! He deserves every one of the 5 stars!

We found Jeff’s shop after being disgusted at the Audi dealership in Flemington NJ. We first brought him our 2019 Audi SQ5. He repaired several issues with our vehicle In short order and at a more than fair price. We have a second Audi, a 2016 S5. We also decided to bring our second vehicle to Jeff and have been with him more than a year with both vehicles. We were referred to Jeff by a friend at work who has been using him for several years. She shared that he has taken great care of her 2004 Saab 9-3. Now I will not take our Audis anywhere else Except to Jeff at European motor services in Point Pleasant PA. Jeff is very knowledgeable with the foreign cars. He has a great bedside manner. He and his employee took my son back into the shop to look at our S5 together. They showed my boy a lot of things about his car he didn’t know and discussed new wheel options, he felt very honored to be taken in the back lol. they are obviously car enthusiasts there, and not just repairmen.

Place looks like a junk yard. Trash tires everywhere. Poorly taken care of. Service is subpar and attention to detail is not met. They cut too many corners. Will not be bringing my car back again.

Moved from New Jersey to PA a few years ago. I have a 2004 Saab 9-3. I was looking for a knowledgeable mechanic to keep my Saab running smoothly and keeping it on the road for many years to come. These cars are particularly finicky. Look no further than for Jeff at European Motor Services. He's not only knowledgeable, but extremely honest and will not try to talk you into things you don't need. I would trust no one else with your SAAB. Once you take it here, you'll never go anywhere else

Was at the shop yesterday picking up a few parts for my TurboX. While there, Jeff was able to share some of his vast knowledge of the 2.8L engine with me on trying to alleviate a slight misfire issue.Cannot thank him enough for the time and insight!

I had a radio problem with my Saab 9-5 Aero and no auto repair service in my area that I checked with could solve it. I gave Jeff at European Motor Service a call and it was solved within 15 minutes. He's a great guy and really knowledgeable. If you're looking for an European car mechanic that you can trust, I would highly recommend Jeff.
