Worst Used Car Part business ever. You call them for parts and say yes we have the parts you need. Then you set 2.5 hours waiting on parts that they don't even have.

Ordered parts for a collision center.After parts arrived and were unloaded we discovered parts were badly damaged. Called for a pickup and replacement. The next day owner of company called and screamed and cussed at us using vulgar language stating to take them off our list. Very professional way of doing business. We will gladly take you off our list.

Keep having my review deleted, I’ll keep posting! CROOKS!I’d give ZERO stars if an option. Bought an engine, was promised the world if something happened. Ran it 300 miles and it blows. Very first thing they tried to blame the mechanic without even hearing a 1/10 of the story. Typical I’m sure, blame the mechanic! They don’t want to make it right on a $6500 engine. Never even offered a partial refund. Such a shame to have to get an attorney for every little thing nowadays. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! PERIOD!Salesman George-would never return calls, had to keep calling until finally reaching.Sales supervisor Tyler still yet to return my voicemail.

Terrible customer service. Can't get a call back, no one answers the phone. Finally, the 2 times I did get someone to answer the phone in the parts department, they hung up both times. What a joke.

My parts were to be ready at 2:00. I even called at 11:00 to make sure and was told by Tracy they would be ready. After standing outside in the sun for 2 hours, because they don’t want you waiting inside, the parts were finally ready. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. If something happens and you can’t have the parts as promised, call and let the customer know! As we were waiting for the parts every customer that came out was not happy with the service they received (wrong parts and/or long wait) and verbally let everybody else know! I will not go back! They have lost my business!

Bought a transmission for $503.00 installed and it was junk. tried to get my money back since I did have a 90 day warranty and they wouldn't honor anything. I dont know how many people can afford to have a garage constantly install and uninstall a transmission that was tested before shipping that was no good. now I'm stick with a 503.00 transmission for junk. I would never recommend them

drove 3hrs to get a part. bad directions no one in the office waited 20 minutes for service then had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the sun to find out that part wasn't any good. Terrible service horrible communication would never recommend to anyone
