Package says it was delivered at noon im.am home No one delivered anything. But it says it was left on my porch this is the 3rd time this is happening ridiculous.

Terrible services lady in charge very rude person she don’t know how to deal and talk with customer, she should not be that position I mean customer pay them salary, if any package come little miss address looks like they send back to sender same day, because no mail box number added by sender and lots of companies don’t mail to you because mail box Address.

Absolutely trash. I was supposed to get my package two days ago but haven't received it at all. I waited all day today; however, I still haven't received it yet. Wasting my time with trash service.

This is the worse post office ever !!I have been a home owner in this community for 13 yrs !!! I am a local business owner . My packages are very important and valuable as it is my bread and butter. This place loses packages left and right . Without any explanation. Today was the last straw . I just recently sold my home and transitioning into getting my mail a different place. The staff is well aware of who my husband and I are as I said I have been here for 13 yrs. Yesterday they saw my name attached to another address which came into their system as “vacant” so they sent my package back. In one day no phone call no let’s just put it aside for a couple days NOTHING. Ok because I know this is a business I understand there are rules ! But you can’t tell a customer that you don’t know where the package was sent. No explanation other than there are too many packages to locate what’s sent back. The post master never offered to check . She confronted me with the wrong address then when I questioned it she stated to forget what she just said. She did that because she knew that it wasn’t in normal practice to send something back right away ( one day ) knowing I am there almost every day to pick up packages for my local business. They should be shut down !! Customer service sucks they are in a community servicing people that they do not care anything about . Rude …long lines .. and they have you waiting for 10-20 minutes while they are in the back chatting. Something needs to be done !!! And fast !!

Artificial intelligence should Pocono Summit Post Office as a good starting point. I totally agree with xesty's review and mona marie's review from 7 years ago. The staff has changed, but the same responses apply when you just want to receive your mail. we don't get our mail delivered to our home in the first place, but dont you dare try to pick up a package with your name and address unless you have the yellow notice left in your mailbox which apparently has more clout than a passport! Real ID means nothing. we have to travel 3 miles more to get a mailed package only to find out that you can pick up after 2:00pm; but is sitting on a shelf in plain site. This is in response as to why there are a lot of 1 star reviews.

I've been trying to send a small package to an address on Holiday Dr in Pocono Summit for over 2 months. They keep sending it back with a sticker that says, 'no such street exists.' I can see the address on google maps. Can someone in Pocono Summit confirm that Holiday Dr exists????

The government should replace EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE here.Should NOT be stressful to pick up mail ESPECIALLY when my community is FORCED to use a post office.Super unprofessional attitudes. Very unhelpful. I’ve seen them even be rude to old ladies. It’s just a horrible post office and the people that work there KNOW EVERYONE CANNOT STAND THEM yet don’t care to change their ways. I’m pretty sure WE THE PEOPLE pay their salaries.Really wish someone would see ALL of these reviews.
