Terrible employee! Bad customer service! Sold me a broken vape ! Never returned my voicemail I left the next day and then refused to replace it! And there vape juice sucks!

Was visiting the area, and had none of my vape or smoke gear with me. This shop saved my life! Walked in, and they had everything I needed to get going! Made my experience super easy! Also the prices were great! Got an amazing set up for a good amount less than what I'm normally charged in the area! Highly recommend if you live in, or are visiting the pocono summit area!

I stopped vaping and fell off the wagon and started smoking again. I came in to Mountain Vaporz and spoke to Jose and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at home. I bought a vape and vape juice and couldn't be happier!

Mountain Vaporz is the absolute best place to get your vape from. I love this vape shop because like many people I was new to vaping and had idea what I was doing, all I knew was cigarettes were no longer for me. My son actually went there for me after I got out of the hospital. Long story short I’m 2 years cigarette free. My son no longer goes for me, I go for myself. The staff has no problem educating me and making sure they understand my needs. The owner is amazing, I had the opportunity to meet her and I could immediately see the her care and passion for myself the customer and the business in general. I definitely recommend Mountain Vaporz for a multitude of reasons. My number reason is I trust and appreciate the staff and the company overall.

Good service but poor prices and ejuice quality. I get charging slightly more for products since they have to make money buy paid $90 for a Geekvape h45 not realizing it’s $35 online.The person threw in a Minty melon but after vaping it for a few times I got extremely sick and had to miss work due to it. (Could be a one off thing or something since I’m sure it doesn’t happen too often)Would not recommend unless you want to get charged far above price for vapes.
