Hello! I apologize, I see your response but it won't allow me to directly respond. I have scheduled two appointments for my husband this past year & he just had one tonight. The reason why I left a one star was because unfortunately both times my husband had gone for a haircut & he hasn't had the best experience. The first time he went, he didn't get the cut he wanted & he didn't have anything to say at the time because he thought maybe he didn't communicate properly to what he exactly wanted & the stylist was nice, so no hard feelings. He went again tonight & he unfortunately had the same issue. He even mentioned that he said at least a few times that he didn't want a particular service done during the appointment & still almost happened. By the end of the appointment, he was frustrated but left because he didn't want to react poorly & didn't have a bad experience with the stylist herself, just seemed to not listen to what he wanted. I'm not sure where the miscommunications kept happening, but it wasn't great & would rather not go again after walking out twice with a haircut he didn't ask for. And maybe I'm being a little harsh with the one star, but we went to a different salon around the area before when you were fully booked a few months ago & he didn't have that kind of experience & was happy with their service with no communication issues. The reason why we didn't go back to the other salon he visited was because of the bad weather today & it's located farther away, so he wanted to stay close to home & give your salon another chance.

My daughter loves her appointments with Miss Jill. I love the outcome each and every time! There is a large local following as well as clientele from NJ & NY that use Jennifer’s when they are in the area for the summer

Jill was absolutely a joy to have a hairstylist. She was attentive, cleanly, and personable. First place in 8 years living in PA that accommodated, was passionate about her work, and came through with the result I requested. I highly recommend this salon.
