Honest, straight shooters! They were not able to help me with my bike because of not having parts. Could have just sent me on my way to try shop after shop, but took the time to tell me exactly who I should go and see. Nice to deal with good honest and helpful people!!

Fetty’s is an exceptional bicycle shop. I have a custom cycle that needed work prior to a race. Fetty’s took great care of it to get me ready for my race. He is extremely fair with his pricing and I would go as far as to say he is the most knowledgeable bicycle professional in and around the Poconos Region. 10/10 for service and customer satisfaction. I will be returning for all of my cycle needs.

Very patient with a curious beginner. Helped me reassemble the death trap I had created in trying to do it myself. Took extra time to install and explain the bike rack. Then helped me with the warranty after an unknown incident in a parking lot. So easy to talk to. Can not rec highly enough.

Highly recommend Fetty's Cycle. I called around to a bunch of shops in the NEPA region trying to find a MTB with an XL frame. Andrew called me back promptly and was able to get a bike for me within my budget (and even tempted me with a really good price on a full suspension bike). Great to work with and very communicative.
