Few gyms in the area to go to with an indoor basketball court. Gym is small, funky smell, the machines are old and court and overall place is dingy and falling apart. Still close to where I live with an indoor basketball court. Great for the winter if you want to get some shots up. Had a terrible experience this morning, i do not usually use the machines, this morning i did. Went on leg press machine and there were 100lb weights on i took them off to put smaller plates on after noticed there was a sign saying to not take off 100lb plates. I tried to put plates back on but it was too heavy for me. The owner refused to help me put back on, i explained to him i tried and would hurt myself if i attempted to do on my own. He was rude and proceeded to say he did not care and if i did not put weight back on that i would not be allowed back at the gym. I prepaid for the winter months, he refused to refund my $. I attempted to search the gym up on bbb the business was not registered. The way he handled himself and the situation this morning was unproffesional and very nasty.

Forever Fitness has been awesome to me. VERY friendly team, I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I’ve been going for a couple months now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I feel better than I’ve ever felt in life. I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. And I am seeing results for sure.Small and private gym that feels more personal.The workouts are fun & led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. It’s a life changing gym experience for sure. AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out

You won't find this high-end equipment at this price anywhere. I wouldn't be where I am today without this gym, and it was all due to the environment Dwayne created. You'll get the best equipment, plus all the time and space you need to work at your own pace and truly grow. A commercial gym cannot touch this gym.

The 16 week challenge has been awesome. The gym is great! Everyone is friendly and super helpful!! I love the Bootcamp, Body Sculpt, and X Pump classes as well!!!!

So started about a month ago and this gym is the best one by a landslide!!!Everyone works hard. The owner is a friendly guy that knows what he’s doing. If you need anything or advice just ask. The equipment is endless. Everything you need. Basketball Boxing ring (all equipment) Skill training/classes offered. No one judges here we just work our plan and try to improve every session. No b:s here. Come and work your plan and enjoy the time here. Easy place to call home gym. Silver Sneakers welcome too. So join and experience the best workout routine you can put together.No regrets here. The place is easy to join. No hassle like all the other gyms. See for yourself and no disappointments at all.

Came for a weekend getaway at Pocono and found this gym. It is a good gym with all the equipments. It’s less crowded, clean, and offer day pass for just $10.

my brother told me ab this gym so i joined it for the summer since i was back home from college. 1000% better than a commercial gym, i love that it’s family owned. the owners are always really nice and the gym itself is great. i really enjoyed my workouts here, def gonna miss it when i go back to school

People were nice and everything about the gym was great except the basketball court. Both rims were slanted as if someone was dunking on them and broke it. Truly wish they would fix it, it would be great !
