Absolutely horrific customer service. I called in, very politely asking a question. (I'm not mechanically inclined) But I needed new brakes and tired put on my truck. I found a great sale online. I purchased the necessary items and proceeded to call this so-called businessman. I politely ask him how he was doing, then I explained that I purchased the parts already, and could he please install them for me. His response was "This is a professional mechanic, put them on yourself. You bought them, you put them on." He then promptly hung up on me. As if I did something wrong by wanting to save a little money in these very difficult times. I'm embarrassed for him, and by that exchange alone I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. So much for being professional.
