“As a woman newly navigating the fitness/supplement industry, I am always apprehensive when going into a supplement shop, so I made my boyfriend tag along( not at all interested in supplements). I have never had such a good experience at any big name chain supplement store or even any store in general . The guy who helped me was suuuuuuuper low pressure, but also very knowledgeable about the things in the store. He took time to understand what my intended outcome was with taking the supplement and then even explained to me what ingredients would benefit me most. I also really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a stack of things that I wouldn't know what to do with by the time I got home, and he wasn't trying to break the bank and sell me the most expensive thing in the store. There were no promises of miracle gains if I just took one more supplement. I walked out of the store with exactly what I'd gone in for , with more knowledge than i entered with, and even a rewards punch card . Philly gainz, I'll never buy a supplement anywhere else again. “Honestly, I was not coming here for vitamins or supplements but for eye drops.. I used to buy these specific eye drops(bioron optique 1)on Amazon, and then they got rid of them. My dog has super bad allergies, and these eye drops stopped the gross stuff from coming out of his eyes in 2 weeks, so I found out they sold them, and I came and bought them out. I definitely will be back soon to buy the rest! Thanks!”

“One of my favorites. I went in for vitamins for my son. Ended up getting myself some seamoss w/beet root and some Kabochu...not sure I spelled it right. I also did get my son his vitamins which he needs to help with his immune system. I love The Vitamin Shoppe”

“This review is long overdue. Emily is amazing! I visit this store when I am running low on my favorite vitamin. Whenever I visit this store and Emily is working, she is ALWAYS super helpful and extremely friendly. If this particular location does not have my vitamin in stock, she goes above and beyond to try and find it for me at another location close by. She has even taken the time to call another location, to confirm it was in stock, and asked them to to hold it for me. You are always greeted at the door with a warm hello from Emily as well. Great customer service on her part. Keep up the great work, Emily!”

“I came to this place for the first time recently. Not really the greatest experience I’ve had but it’s on the smaller side for a vitamin shop location. There was only one staff member which offered no greeting or assistance. Still gets the job done but I think I will only come here if I can’t find another locations nearby.
2nd attempt was much better. 3 staff members present. Greeted us and asked if we needed help and made the experience in their store professional ??”
