Dealing with anything technical is a challenge for me. I’m usually accompanied by one of my sons. Today Ali walked very patiently through the process with me. He was terrific! He explained my choices, discussed the products and made everything so easy, I didn’t need my sons.(don’t tell them)

Excellent service activating new phone. The only issue is fingerprints on the screen protector. Set up the new iPhone, synced it and explained our new services and billing.
