Came to get a blowout and while the woman who did my hair was nice, was definitely not worth the $45. She basically dried my hair and went over all over it with a flat iron, which is what I could have done at home on my own. We had also discussed not drying it pin straight and instead having it curl at the end but that request wasn’t followed. I’ve never had my hair blown out and left feeling like I could have done a better job myself but that’s how I felt after that appointment.

I went in and wanted to find a gift for a Ulta beauty gift card I got as a birthday gift. As I was in the lipstick section a worker introduced herself as her name Maria came over to me after I tried a shade on and she was very welcoming and said if I needed any help let her know.. when I also showed her a picture of the back of a foundation brand after not remembering which brand it was Maria knew as soon as I showed her.. I really appreciated her help and saw how she was knowledgeable in certain brands that I had questions on.. nicely stocked store in Plymouth Meeting… I will be back soon! ?

I went in for a quick makeup run and Chelsea was so incredibly helpful. She recommended me a foundation she thought would suit me and it was fantastic. I’m usually nervous to ask for to much assistance but she made me feel so comfortable. She seems to really love her job and it shows. Thanks to her for all the help!

Alana was wonderful. I have pigmented and multicolored areas on my face. She was very patient and helped me to find the perfect foundation that fit my budget. She was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much.

I wish there were more sales peop)e to help out in there. They don't seem to be very helpful in finding certain items that are not readily seen.

I get my hair conditioned and dyed Magenta every few months. Monique is absolutely incredible! She is kind and careful and so much fun to talk to! I am beyond grateful.

I had my eyelashes put on by ulta today 3 hours later they just fell off while sitting talking to my daughter. I didn't do anything to make them fall off. I am so disappointed. Paying for them and they did a horrible job.

Was greeted by someone offering help. I asked for foundation and named two preferences.She clearly didn't listen as she directed me to buy something that fit neither criteria. Then when she saw I put it back and asked why, I shared. She then disappeared, not offering to find what I was actually looking for.Then the cashier proceeded to try to convince me that it was required I give my phone number.Boy, bunch of winners at this store.
