“I just had my car inspected at Wynnewood Park. They always do an excellent job. What I'm writing about is there upfront pricing. I need tires. Dennis gave me a quote. When you normally get quotes it just includes the price of the item. Dennis quote included everything, tire installation and balancing. So I was surprised when I got my bill. It was less than expected.”
“Marco and Dean are phenomenal mechanics and their price point is the best I’ve seen in the tri-county area. There is no shady dealings or phantom issue, they tell you everything they need to do and cost. They will even give you options on cheaper parts (like Asian made break pads vs American made) and will give there opinion on what they think the best move is.”

“After a very disappointing (aka outrageous) quote from my VW dealership, I took my car to Bram at PA Tire & Auto in Ardmore. It was an excellent decision because I was treated kindly, fairly, and communicated with about all decisions. They were able to take my car in and turn it back over to me extremely fast. My neighbor who is a car mechanic later shared that they do great work and treat people fairly which was very reassuring. It's obvious that not only do they do great work, but they are not in the business of taking advantage of their customers. “I’d like to start this review by saying if I could rate more than 5 stars, I certainly would.
Walt was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, a true expert.
I was having trouble finding a local shop to install an upgraded clutch and flywheel for me and was referred to Keswick Transmissions by another shop unwilling to do the work I asked.
Walt was always friendly, and offered so much knowledge to help me understand where the problem was with my vehicle. Not only did he finish the job within the time he promised, but went above and beyond. He even took the liberty to show me the damaged parts he replaced and explained each so I would understand.
Walt also kindly put some gas in my vehicle and my tires were inflated when I picked it up.
He is a true professional that is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. (hard to find these days)
If I ever need anything again, my car will go to Keswick Transmissions. I won’t let my family and friends take their vehicles anywhere else, he’s the man!

“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”

For a very fair price and in two days, the mechanics at Tropical Auto Repair replaced my radiator, alternator and belt on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. She is running like a gem again! “Have been going here for years, and I’m so very happy with the service. Despite moving, I still drive 30- 40 minutes to JN because I am impressed by their work, what they diagnose is real, and I know they are genuine in their pricing. It’s a real ‘shop’ - so don’t expect fancy remodeled waiting rooms and marble floors like at the dealer, BUT do expect people that care, much more affordable pricing, and dependable service without ‘surprise add-o a’. So happy places like this still exist in today’s world - a real Honest shop with honest pricing and work. :)”

“I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.”
