Not the friendliest and their clothes are NOT the best quality of materialThey need sales because their 15.00 t shirt isn't worth the price. They have some cute t-shirts and other items though . I see the one in Plymouth Meeting Mall in PA has a big sale sign.

Great place to buy little ones clothing. Nicole and Deja are the most helpful and friendly associates the store offers. They always have some kind of sale. They have coupons also.

So I just visited the store with my daughter who purchased 2 baby items and when they rung up at $6.99 each I pointed out to her that I thought they were for $4.99 each. The nice cashier called over one Amber who went with my daughter who explained that they were all on the $4.99 stand. Well this Amber just moved the stack to the correct place and moved back to behind the register and moved on to the next customer. My daughter nicely asked the nice cashier that since they were in the wrong place shouldn’t she get them for the $4.99? The cashier asked this Amber again and she ignored us. This is when my customers’ rights instinct kicked in and said “excuse me, shouldn’t we be getting it for the price since it wasn’t one, but the whole stack that was in the WRONG PLACE?” We’ll this Amber had the audacity to say to me “since you are having an attitude I will go ahead and give you for the $4.99.” How dare her to be treating the customer like that? We eventually got it for the $4.99. It’s not only about the price, it’s more about customers rights. She Amber needs much better customer service training. The other 2 sales representative were wonderful.
