As a person who enjoys writing positive reviews, I have to give a low score here for my experience. I was visiting the area and stopped into this store. I had the intent to make a purchase. Upon entering the store, neither associate (there were two) acknowledged me, as I looked around neither asked if I needed assistance. It was a turn off, so as I was leaving neither associate ever acknowledged my presence, it was if I never existied. Such unwelcoming customer service, I would not ever think of entering this location again. Happily in Maryland, there is a Talbot's outlet were I live and the staff are friendly and warm.

This store is awesome, it is a Talbots Outlet, brand new store, opened in July 2020, conveniently located outside the Mall, great deals and super friendly amazing customer service.
