My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”

“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

“The most helpful and awesome people, I had to send a art print the other day and found out it was the wrong size ( ordered from staples) Stew literally printed me a free print, waited until I went back home to frame it and send it for me. I refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are fast, efficient and genuinely care about everyone that walks in the door. I will truly never go to another place. Also the print quality is better than any other place and the most affordable. Love these guys thank you for everything you do!”

“These guys were great. SUPER fast, super friendly, and super communicative - which is always important when you're trying to get precious cargo delivered! They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. “My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

“ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. He also advised me there was a 25% rewards coupon available and helped to set me up in the Staples rewards program. Liam was knowledgable, professional and patient. “I have nothing but positive things to say about this UPS Store. It is convenient and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the most efficient UPS Store I have ever used in any city and state I have ever lived in. The store manager, Shirley, works miracles daily to keep their lines down! I am in there often making returns (Amazon Prime member here), and I have never waited longer than five minutes when Shirley was there (and my line placement was at the front door once!).I will be moving soon; it made me realize I have taken my local UPS Store for granted. “I just had to take a large, heavy box to FedEX since it was supposed to be picked up at my residence and was never picked up. This location is very easy to get to and if you can read you will have no trouble following the signs to the customer location. It is very well marked.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful since I am handicapped, and he helped me with the package and even brought me my receipt. A very good experience.”
