Martha Lottes was great agent and person to work with. She was always ready to help her customer. She responded and called us back within couple hours. Moreover, she was thorough and precise about the property. She also gave us accurate and honest opinion on the property. And she would listen to our complains and encouraged us throughout the times. Ultimately, she was just wonderful person to work with and I highly recommend her to the people who is looking for new property.

Martha Lottes was able to walk me through the home purchasing process, each step of the way. She helped me view multiple properties, and stuck with me through each one. I have finally purchased a house through her, and am now living happily in my first home. Thanks Martha!

My experience dealing with one of your agents was a nightmare. She caused my settlement to be delayed several times because she was not prepared. These delays caused me a lot of money.
