Prices are not as attractive as they are at TJ Maxx. Some brands are still very expensive. Limited men’s shoes selection. Good deals on Karl Lagerfeld. Friendly staff.

I just tried to make a return at this store and the woman who waited on me, I believe she was the manager, Informed me in the most condescending, rude manner that I was six days past the return date and she couldn't do the return for me. When I asked about a store credit, she said she couldn't do that for me either. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here anymore. The other woman who was "working" Behind the counter was on her phone the whole time. I understand there are policies in place but there is a much better way to deliver the message then in the manner in which I received it. Saks Off 5th - Do better in training your employees how to treat customers!

I am a loyal customer who just experienced some real fraudulent activity for the first time. The delivery service for saks name CDL took a picture of the box then stole my package now they won't give me my money for a stolen item I never received. This is horrible but a lesson learned I'll never purchase from saks again.

Mannnnn listen!! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Personnel is beyond rude and ghetto, they be dressed like they're going out drinking. Not asking for business casual but keep the cleavage outside of work and the unitards for the club girl. Not helpful at all, feels like they're just trying to get paid to do nothing.
