Good afternoon Google Family. I visited this Ross location for the first time yesterday. I wanted to purchase some more shorts sets. But before I tried anything on, I stood in line and asked the associate could I have the hangers when I purchase something. She said no and that they do not give the hangers to the customers. I said ok and then I left. I refused to make the same mistake that I had made yesterday when I took all that time to try on the shorts sets at Burlington Coat Factory, the location at the Plymouth Meeting Mall and them telling me that I could not take the hangers. I was not going to make that same mistake again. So then I left and went to the Giant in the same mall, the Metroplex Mall. Good night Google Family. A lot of lessons to learn here in life and I love learning things. Don't forget to work out Google Family!!!

5 people waiting for two small fitting rooms at the front of the store and the fitting rooms in the back were closed. Asked a staff member if the rear fitting rooms could be opened since there was a long line and was told blankly ‘no, you have to use these ones’. Is this because of theft or because of staffing issues? Either way I left my purchases behind as I don’t have 30 mins to waste in line. This Ross is also a bit trashy if I’m being honest, I don’t recommend.

I was looking for Turkish coffee set, I found it at Ross before Christmas and it was cheaper than any other store almost half of the price. It can be used as a nice gift for coffee lovers

Had a return and it was the worst experience ever! Had to return a Christmas gift with a gift receipt and the cashier decided to return to the credit card and refused to give a gift card.

If I have choices, I would give Zero star for this store. I was there early morning 12/26/23. The cashier was AWFUL. I apologized that I should let her know sooner that I did not need a bag when I saw her bagging the items that I bought. She replied "yes, you should" and also swapped (more like slapping) my hand away when I reached for the items. The WROST experience ever.

Always love going to Ross because they have a style I look for when going out somewhere nice. To dress up and be out somewhere you know people are going to expect your best. You don't want to settle on the same old thing check out Ross for the good looks and reasonable prices.
