He communicated how important it was that we get it and they worked with us. It was already stressful trying to get there in time after he gets done work but they made something a lot less stressful for us.”

“The Pharmacist Ola Maarouf was absolutely amazing! She went back and forth with my insurance for 3 days until she got the problem rectified. Although my medication is not necessarily life-sustaining, I do get quite sick if I don’t take it. The prescription itself was close to $300. The pharmacist called my insurance until the situation was fixed and I was just able to pick up my prescription paying only my co-pay she By far went Above and beyond and I really, really appreciate her”

“My husband and I recently went into Giant (Chemical road, Plymouth Meeting, PA ) on Thursday night (around 7:30 p.m. April 6,2023) to purchase bulk chocolate bunnies. For an event I was attending for work on Friday. When we were checking out there was the most friendliest sales person. His name was Mark. He was personable, had a great sense of humor, and even was up selling the store. He even suggested we obtain a Giant Card, which we did. After we received the card, he went on about the rewards and benefits.You couldn't have ask for a better employee. He definitely needs to win a Wow Award or Employee of the Month. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. We are definitely coming back!! Thanks again Mark!! You are the BEST”

This has been my go to pharmacy and even though the personnel is not always the same they are always courteous, helpful and friendly. It is quite busy and it is amazing how they provide such wonderful customer service. !!! Great Job!”

“Good Afternoon Google Family. I have visited this location many times, but Google never prompted me to do a review. I like this location, however I do not like it that they do not have a scanner. I am talking about the scanner that you take with you as you shop. You scan all of your items and then it tells you how much you owe. I love that because I know how much my items are and how much I have to take out of my pocket. This is about the only thing that I do not like about this location of Giant. Other than that, I like it. It is a big store, very airy and spacious. Also the self check out clerk, helped me out yesterday. The checkout counter had charged me for four (4) bunches of bananas and I only purchased three. So the associate called for me to get help from a manager. He called about two times, because the first time they did not come. I appreciate his tenacity and he was friendly. The second time they did come and the manager was nice. It would have been nice and saved a lot of time if the associate had been able to do what the manager did. Thank you to Giant for a good shopping experience and I will be back, even if you don't have the self checkout scanner. I am hoping that this location jumps on the bandwagon and gets it. Happy 4th of July and don't forget to workout!!”
