Rude. They refused to perform a standard eye exam that I get every year to update my prescription. They insisted that they would only perform a comprehensive eye exam including dilation, which I was not interested in having done. I told them that I was not interested in dilation prior to going but still didn’t confirm with me until I got to the office and wasted my time.

It's a scam. Th doctor fitted me into this contacts that she's trying to sell without telling me it will cost more in premium. It wasn't even what I'm currently wearing. Do not recommend. They will find reasons to charge you more

Service is horrible. I’ve been going here for over a year. Spent a lot on glasses. No one calls you back . The doctors are nice but that is all. High employee turnover .. Rose was amazing when she was at this office .

the absolute worst experience of my life as a consumer. It starts with the service: after 1 month they are still trying to locate 1 of the 2 pairs of sunglasses that I asked them to put lenses into. For 3 weeks they have told me it should be in tomorrow ill call you later...never to have a call from them. When I call, frustrated as heck, they then are surprised and taken-aback that I would have some kind of reaction to their terrible service. there are not enough words for me to describe the overall poor service and incompetence of the staff; starting with Kim. and Going up to Lisa their regional manager in KOP. I'm on hold now for 3 minutes as they look up my account. I'm certain at some point someone will own up to losing my frames. Ooops...they just hung up on me as I waited on hold

Everyone - from the front counter, to the optometrist who conducted my eye exam to the optician that called me near closing time and waited for me to get there and made sure my lenses were perfect and the frames fitted correctly - made my experience with Pearle Vision a five star experience.

Thrilled with my “5 Star Experience” at Pearle Vision in Plymouth Meeting. I had the pleasure of working directly with Kim (and some assistance from Jason, who is super-nice as well). Kim is absolutely delightful! She was very patient, thoughtful, helpful and honestly fun to work with. I noticed other customers engaging with her also had very pleasant experiences.Trying on glasses at this location was such a treat. There are tons of options and styles to fit any personality. I was extremely excited when I found a pair of women's Ray-Ban lightweight frames in rose gold! They just felt “like me”. This is also my first time wearing progressive lenses. Kim gave me a lesson on how best to get used to the transition and waited to make sure I was comfortable. Such a positive experience, my husband and I will definitely return to this location in the future! Thank You for everything :) -Melissa

This place was great my first time being at Pearle Vision and the receptionist Kristen was very polite and welcoming I was able to schedule a eye exam the same day she was able to squeeze me in on my break. The new doctor was also nice and she explained everything very well. Steven the manager was also the sweetest and patience because I couldn’t decide on what frame to go with and he help me choose definitely by far BEST customer service ever. Recommend every to come here

The best eye appointment experience I have ever had. I been to Visionworks and Lens Crafters and I will say Pearle Vision is by far better. I was in and out within 25 mins. The new doctor Vibol she made me feel very comfortable she is good at her job I can tell she cares about what she does. Steven the manager is very professional and helpful on explaining what type of frame and lenses I should get and then he was able to assure me I would get the glasses in a week and usually anywhere I went to get glasses in would 2 to 3 weeks.

My family and I have been going here the last 7 years and we love Dr Breitman but unfortunately he retired but the new doctor Vibol she is great very knowledgeable. I order two pair glasses since I broke my glasses and the new manager Steven was very helpful and polite on helping pick out my new pairs and since I needed glases he assured me he could get them done ASAP and 4 days later I got a call saying my glasses were done. I run my own business and work in customer service and Steven clearly shows the best customer service.

I had a very negative experience. The doctor seemed somewhat confused when giving me the exam. My "contact exam" consisted of him asking me if I could see after putting in the contacts. When I said it was blurry he said "oh yeah, that's because I don't have the right one so I just gave you one with a different prescription". The glasses that I ordered I think have the wrong prescription because I start getting a headache within minutes of putting them on. I've tried "getting used to them" with no success and it was supposedly only a slight change in prescription anyways. I haven't had a chance to go in to see if they could fix them because the hours are pretty limited. Additionally for the contacts I wanted 6 months worth, but when I went to pick them up they gave me 6 for my left eye and 12 for my right of 2-week contacts. When I asked why the number was different they said the left ones were different and would last longer, which is not what my previous eye doctor had told me, even though they are the same brand/type as I previously had. They have not lasted longer (both I have used ripped after a few times of use). I will be going to a different provider as soon as I can have my insurance cover it and hope that I will be able to fix all the problems I had after my visit to this Pearle Vision.

I have been their customers for a long time. They have a new employee Carmen she is the best. She helped me pick my glasses and was very nice, professional and polite. Specially after Willis left them. He was really very helpful.I just wish the manager was nicer to clients and staff. The way she talked to Carmen broke my heart and I can't stop thinking about it. This is why I am writing this post. She was MEAN to her and I wish I called her on it right there.
