We purchased a dog bed and some apparel today at Orvis Plymouth meeting and had a great experience with the entire staff. Cliff our sales person was very helpful. It’s nice to see that Orvis values their customers.

My favorite place for all things fly fishing. The staff are excellent. This shop runs many fly fishing trips/adventures too. Highly recommend.

A nice place, great staff, long on apparel and short on fishing gear. Though, to be candid, it has more fly gear than anywhere in the greater Philadelphia area I've seen. Also, they sponsor fishing trips and hist free fly tying sessions.

Customer Service is horrible. My entire family came in for Orvis rods and reels and on the first day of our fishing trip on the Salmon river my rod snapped on a huge salmon (not from my negligence) i went to an Orvis dealer and bought another rod to use for the time being since it was the first day of our trip. After we got home I went into Orvis to see what they could do for me. Well they did nothing and told me i had to spend another 60$ to have my rod fixed and that it wasn't their fault that “I” broke the rod. The Orvis warranty i know was always bring in the rod and they will fix or replace it on the spot, in store. Not only did i buy one rod but I had to buy a second that i am now stuck with along with a repair charge. When you spend that much money on a rod you expect a great warranty and customer service. At Orvis you get neither. My family has always been an Orvis family but after this experience i think we will be moving on.

I have been in the store twice and both times I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed who is extremely knowledgable. The second time I went in I talked to Ed and Dan both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great store and staff
