Larry was so knowledgeable and took a step-by-step approach to helping us find the perfect bed that was within our budget. We are both convinced that we chose the best bed for us.
We phoned back in after a couple months with concerns that our bed wasn’t breaking in as much as we hoped. Larry guided us through a few methods of accelerating the process so that we could be certain of the need for an exchange by the deadline.
Near the end of the exchange window, we went back to reassess our choice and decided to upgrade a similar bed with slightly better-for-us properties that we had glazed over previously (I had largely written off foam mattresses). Larry was very gracious and guided us through the exchange process, ensuring that we made use of every benefit afforded us by Mattress Firm.

I was disappointed from-the customer service was provided from douglass, I can’t believe it his a manager, his not helpful at all, he barely do the minimum without giving other options. I highly don’t recommend nobody to go to that location. Another thing he was eating yogurt while I'm in front of him.

We should have listened to the bad reviews here because we had a horrible buying experience. We purchased a mattress and worked with Douglas to find something that was medium firm in nature but more on the firm side. We picked a mattress that was within our budget used it for 60 days and found that the mattress was actually too soft and not firm for our needs. This mattress was by no means firm and didn’t feel like the one we tried in the store. When we went back to exchange the mattress, we had to incur all of these additional fees, such as restocking and delivery which are really at the discretion of each manager. A word to someone who’s worked in customer service and still does if you want to keep and retain customers it doesn’t kill to waive those fees when you value your customer.The mattress prices online are not comparable to what’s in the store for some of the same mattresses. I was really expecting better from this location due to some of the reviews quoting a good customer service experience, but this place is just like every other place and I did not feel valued as a customer AT ALL unless they give preferential treatment to certain people. Buying a mattress is an expensive investment and should be valued as such. I will never use this location again and deter anyone else thinking of using this place.

Our salesman name was Douglas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. This was our second purchase in the last few years from this Mattress Firm location and it’s been a very positive experience both times.
