Starting to become really unhappy with Lowes.
We bought new appliances on Memorial Day and everything we picked out that was on the floor was ordered mostly correctly. For some reason, our microwave was marked "picked up"?? The only reason we caught it was because my husband looked at his account. The rep that helped us said it was all being delivered... They did eventually fix it, which was good, but this is worrisome to me.
The real issue was the oven which was not on the floor. The rep helped us pick it out on their website. The biggest criteria we told her was it needed to be induction. The oven that showed up yesterday was NOT induction. Now we will not be receiving the promotional memorial day discount on the new oven we're going to buy (they won't exchange and have us pay the difference) which is the reason I WENT TO THE STORE in the first place.
My advice, know exactly what you're going to buy before you go because Lowes will not be held accountable for any mistakes they made. This is beyond disappointing for people who have a hard time browsing the internet and trying to figure out what they need. I went in person for a reason and so do many others!
Long story short, these companies don't care about you and offering proper service. They don't care about honoring mistakes made on behalf of their employees. They only want your money and think you'll keep coming back.
Now I'm getting my floors done somewhere else. I'm not getting anymore projects that I have to rely on Lowes to do correctly anymore. I'll take my money elsewhere to someone who will get it right or fix it when they mess up.
Know when you go to Lowes, you're basically on your own! Now I know.

I walked in looking for a dishwasher, which was not in stock. The gentleman that worked there was not only lazy but rude as well. He did not have the common decency to even get up from his chair to assist me. I had to do his job for him. It was a complete waste of my time. If I never step foot in a Lowes again it's because of the worker they had there today.

Went there to buy paint waited for over 10 minutes for somebody to come to the Payne counter went to customer service to have someone Paige went to one of their employees to have someone Paige then asked where the manager was and nobody could help me

I've never been to a better Lowe's! Lisa was extremely helpful in the floors and during checkout. Tug, the store supervisor, was incredibly helpful to this DIY mom! He helped me with 2 different projects, giving me great ideas and teaching me along the way. A++! Keep up the great service ?? Grateful to you all ??
