I will never go anywhere else again for a rental. I have used them when my Nissan needed service and more recently following a MVA. I also love that you can get a live representative as well.

It was a pleasure dealing with this car rental agency…. Stress free…. A wonderful women by the name of Ange…. Walked me thru it …,patient helpful kind and just a made it a very good experience…. I highly recommend this company for car rentals ( for all situations)…. Nice personal touch….

I cannot understand the bad reviews. Our organization has been dealing with Kulp and have always received the most outstanding service at ALL times.They are dedicated to providing the best rental service in the industry and it shows by how many of our customers praise the cleanliness, punctuality and professionalism this company provides.Nearly all of our customers that have used their services request them again when necessary.Car rentals are a difficult business as there are unseen challenges with insurance company policies and shop delays. This company navigates that complicated process smoothly and is highly recommended.

do not do business with this company. they are not honest.they debited $ 250 from my account for the smell of cigarettes in the car, although I don't smoke at all. their actions are similar to those of scammers.

Last year I used Kulp Rentals through an auto body shop while they were fixing my vehicle. I returned the car less than a week after use, and the auto body shop called Kulp to let them know the car had been returned. Kulp did not pick up the car even after the auto body shop followed up again. After 30 days (conveniently the standard time that an insurance company covers), Kulp called to come get the car and proceeded to send us a bill for $900 saying that the car was unable to be used because it was sitting in the lot and had not been called in. After more than 6 months of back and forth, being treated poorly over the phone, not able to be in touch with a manager and the auto body shop following up on our behalf multiple times, Kulp still has not taken ownership of the mistake. Even one of their own employees on the phone divulged that they have a habit of not writing down when cars are called in and the auto body shop has had multiple incidences of the same behavior. We will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and reporting them for insurance fraud as this seems to be a common occurrence.

Like other reviewers I am also have a very bad experience with the Plymouth location. They redeemed themselves though and just dropped off a very nice rental. The guys who dropped it off were very kind.

0 Stars. I found that the customer service at the Plymouth Meeting location to be very disrespectful when I reached out to them regarding a charge on my credit card. My autobody shop had ended up using the rental card once I returned it and in turn Kulp charged my card without authorizing wrongfully. The bigger issue is that it took them a month to return the funds to me, and not only that ended up mailing me a check instead of returning it by credit card as they originally stated but the check was written out to someone elses name, therefore I could not cash.

My comments are for the office located in Springfield , Delcom. My experience with Kulp Car Rental couldn't be better. Didn't know about them until they opened a branch in Springfield, Delaware County that I drive by all the time. I did an online chat with them with some basic questions, which were answered and it was suggested I stop in and meet manager Ben, which I did. Rental experience was hassle free and professional. Price of optional insurance was cheapest in industry. Nice people and family owned business and it shows.
