Have now had 4 Subaru's and this service department is by far the worst around. I have paid over 50k for a vehicle and since day one the sunroof has leaked and my car is in their shop more than I actually have it. They are incompetent, rude and when the issue is a warranty thing they fight you and perform shoddy service at best and leave your car looking disgusting with grease prints all over your nice interior. Is it right to spend that kind of money on a car and have the sun roof now replaced for the 5th time? They have ruined my roof liner and now refusing to fix, pics to follow when I get my car back. Do not buy an Ascent, they are junk and do not go to this dealer for service!!!!

Amazing experience for our daughters first new car purchase. Tony Rossi is a true example of what a car salesman should be. He walked her through everything and sat in her new car with us to explain every feature. I wish I could give him a million star review.

Frankly, the car dealer that I had talked to... He really didn't even seem interested in what I had to say... Pushing the car on me to get into to drive... When I was asking other questions about my trade-in... I'm sure there's better dealers there a matter fact I know Lisa Carmichaels one of them she just didn't happen to be in that day that I came in.
