We had the greatest experience at this store. My family was chaotic (toddler meltdown level chaotic) and the staff was so kind, helpful and understanding. Their children's selection was huge. The clothes are arguably better than JCREW itself and the pricing was incredible. If I lived closer I'd be here everyday. Erin in particular was very helpful to me and my family.

Good Evening Google Family. I visited because I needed jeans so badly. Both of my old, old jeans were torn in the area where you sit. I had these jeans for years and I have been wearing them for years. I decided to finally purchase some jeans. I hate buying clothes, because I hate trying clothes on. I always put myself last and I put the family and the house first before myself. I had just completed my workout at the Edge gym and I decided to visit J Crew. I was going to go to Chico's, but I decided on J. Crew. There were a lot of stores close together and I decided on J Crew. I wanted to purchase some inexpensive jeans, I hate spending a lot of money! As soon as I walked in, a lady associate asked me if I needed any help and I did, because I don't even know my size. I haven't shopped for any jeans in years! I was going to just guess my size or wait til I took the ones off that I had on. There was a nice guy associate who was helping me. I decided to get the 26, I tried them on and they were too small. So then I came back out and got the 28 and the 29 sizes. The 28 and 29 sizes fit me. The guy associate, David explained to me that they cut the jeans small. No kidding!! I do not know clothes at all! Anyway, I bought two pairs of black jeans and boy was I happy!!! They asked for my email address and I declined to give it, since I do not plan on buying anything all the time. I rather keep my money in my pocket. Good night Google Family!!!

Just wandered into this store to check on sale items. Not once was I greeted by anyone of the staff working here. Literally an empty store with 1 other customer who was being helped. I waited until she left and I was the only customer in the store. Still no acknowledgement from ANYONE. This is not the location to shop at. Hopefully it’s not race related why I got no service. Unacceptable.

A really great place with sales going on all the time with some really nice looking clothes. I would highly recommend giving them a visit anytime soon. Some clothes are overpriced, but some are a great deal.

Great place to get quality clothes. Great sales and discounts! I especially appreciate the patience and service of the staff during Covid. It's not easy serving the public at this time. Everyone has been friendly and responsible. Much appreciated from someone who needed good clothes and some affordable retail therapy. Thank you!
