“No complaints about this Hotel. Hampton always serves up a good experience and this met that expectation. Room was large, clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Staff were helpful, especially at the Continental breakfast. My only complaint is the layout of the site. Not much to do about it, but it was that user friendly for out of town folks to get in and out of.”

“I would recommend AVE Blue Bell Villas to anyone who wishes to rent in or near Blue Bell area. It's a clean, beautiful, safe and huge community. They have a well maintained and equipped gym, amazing pool area and two tennis courts. It's proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, parks and good schools is perfect!We got an upgraded town home with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We did have a couple of maintenance issues like minor leakage, bathtub paint chipping off, dishwasher problem and thermostat issues. But I must say the management and staff here is top notch! They always responded immediately and the work order was fixed as soon as possible. The staff is very friendly and professional.I would also like to add here that they also frequently host community fun events like some cooking class, a fitness session, free bagels or a movie in the park, which we enjoyed.The whole process from the beginning to moving out was smooth. We liked our stay here! Thank you AVE team.”
“My daughter and I have been here since February, due to a relocation. Our stay has been very pleasant. I love that it is family friendly/oriented. Our 1 bedroom suite has all the comforts of home. The staff are all professional and friendly. Love my housekeeper Amy. I chose to have a full service of our suite once a week. From the linens, bathroom and kitchen/living room she comes in and does her magic. The hotel is definitely a best kept secret”
“My new favorite spot! Celebrated my birthday! Everyone was kind and wonderful! We had the room to ourselves! The food was incredible! I had the crab cake and it was perfect! Kudos to the chef and the kitchen team! Our server was such a joy!!”

“I recently traveled to the area to attend the breakfast with Santa event. Not only did it run smoothly, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from, even my picky eater was satisfied! My personal favorite was the breakfast potatoes (I’ll be dreaming of those for weeks to come).Kathy made sure we didnt miss any of the activities, Brian checked in to see if we needed anything, and Chef Glickman and Colbert went out of their way to check in on how the food was. The staff was welcoming and patient, resulting in a wonderful event.I highly recommend! Totally worth the trip, if you aren’t local.”

“Stayed the weekend for a wedding, of which I did the flowers for. This hotel was wonderful and the staff incredibly accommodating. They offered me a more sizeable room to work in and without my asking, loaned me a cart! Gave us a late check-out after a long but wonderful weekend. “Connie at the reception desk welcomed us to the hotel…. Gracious, informative, professional and especially friendly! So nice! The room was oversized and spacious! And the restaurant fabulous! Great service from Luke, Jillian, Bruna and hats off to Chef Rashad! The tomahawk steak and salmon were perfect! Talk about a beautiful presentation! I have to thank Jay for his fabulous espresso martinis! Jay treated us with great attention while we enjoyed listening to the band…. Undercover the People’s Band! And also another thank you to Donna for excellent hospitality! This spot is top notch! Thank you to everyone for all the attention and kindness. We will be back.

“Super friendly staff and very clean rooms! Only negative feedback is that there should be more staff at the restaurant. The wait for the food was over one hour. There was only one person working with at least 30 people in the restaurant. Took a very long time. However I highly recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. Albdul checked us in, and he did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. Now, complementary hours were from 5-630pm. They had snacks and cheese and fruit, which was ok. Drinks were included in what you wanted. Now, the bartender that night was NOT pleasant at all. He had a strong chip on his shoulder. I had to ask if he was ok because the attitude was not professional at all. We were a party of 8, and all of us felt the same way. The beer was flat as it was Ina pitcher. Asking for another one from the tap was also a problem. Now, breakfast was wonderful. The chef made it his job to make you feel very comfortable. The morning breakfast crew was full of smile. We did go to the pool which was freezing and we didn't stay long. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Felt safe.”

They accommodated all of our request and helped make the trip as easy as a funeral trip can be. “Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

“Beautiful rooms! view was great. Location was cute but there’s def not enough parking and my truck almost got towed my ppa on private property not to add !! I wasn’t happy to come out and see my truck on tow !! But property management came and took care of it immediately! All and all it’s a nice place to get away, work, relax I’d stay for sure again !!
