Literally right next to the highway. Non-stop traffic noise. Couldn’t sleep all night. And the mattress had some weird squeaky sound.Awful.

Rooms are nice, hotel is clean. Service is hit or miss, some of the staff are awesome and some of the staff aren’t very good. I stay in the area every other week and find the Hampton Inn to be the better option because of their staff.

So for starters when my bf first arrived the room is under my name however I also added him to the room so that he can check in the same as I do with any other hotel! So this nappy headed, dried out a mess looking bitch going tell my bf oh I can't check you in until you get here since the room is primarily under you which is not the case! So I arrived and it's a long line of people several of which are very upset with the service then the girl is taking her sweet as time to get things done as if people don't have other things to do. I've stayed at many hotels even ones that have 3.5 starts and they are better than here. All in all I won't be returning to this location they need some serious customer service help!

Room layout is nice but not very clean. About what you would expect for the price.

Due to a late very cxl by our AirBnb, we had to scramble for a hotel for a family gathering. We settled on Homewood Suites primarily due to location, but we found the staff, rooms and location to be excellent. We're ditching AirBnb and this Homewood Suites location will be our new "go to" when visiting family nearby. Well done!

Feels like a new property. Built in 2016. Kept up and cleaned well. Very nice staff. I’d suggest guests ask for a room facing away from the freeway as the road noise at night can interrupt sleep. TV does not have streaming services.

Sadly I stayed at this hotel recently with my wife. I am an handicap individual that takes a lot of medicine. I am prescribed Marijuana legally by my physician. Now I am smart enough to know not to smoke in my room. Because they saw some tobacco leaves and a small amount of my medical Marijuana it was assumed I smoked in my room. They took pictures but didn't find and ashes there was no proof of smoking. It would have set off the alarm system if I did. There were no complaints from other guest. There was no smell outside my door neither. But they had no common sense to fully investigate. If you know anything there would have been other signs of smoking. I was there a few days house keeping would have noticed the smell in the hallway. But no so now they suspended my Hilton account and are seeking to collect $250 with no thorough investigation. I called to inquire why and the assistant General manager Sananikhom was extremely rude and uncooperative. But when presented with questions to show proof other than tobacco leaf and the small amount of medical Marijuana he had no answers. I wonder if the General Manager can provide some information. Common sense would say do a complete investigation. All they had was proof I had the product that I have a medical card for but no proof of me smoking in the room just an assumption. That whole floor would've smelled like smoke.

The entire staff was awesome. They all went above and beyond accommodating me for my family wedding event. With that said, this hotel has too work on its breakfast, which was horrible this time & when we stayed there the last time June of this yr. Keep the breakfast simple. Scramble eggs no cheese, a meat, and some potatoes. THAt IT! The dried up hard to cut egg disk with cheese and sausage patty's has to go. I didn't have my phone to take photos but OMG it was horrible. You guys have to get someone in the kitchen that cares about what is be served to your customers. If you are going to offer breakfast then do it right. Your hospitality manager needs to be able to explain it to management and to have management listen.Rooms: They rooms were neat and clean.

Clean hotel, staff is friendly and accommodating. The laundry machines take cards or apple/google pay but detergent is by money only. Plenty of parking and a few designated spots for EV vehicles with charging stations. There is a shopping plaza nearby with a Target and grocery store along with a bunch of other places. Only complaint is the pillows were terrible, very flat.

Stayed at this location for a week during a business trip.Conveniently located in the Plymouth meeting area next to a number of shops and eating options. Large store complex 2-3 minutes away: Target, Lowes, Best Buy, Five Below and other stores.Large parking lot...never had an issue finding a spot, even when coming back to the hotel later in the evening.Check-in and our processes were simple. All staff at front counter, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all great...friendly and efficient.Room was well-kept. The full kitchen (full fridge, dual burner stove, full sink and microwave) came in very handy during the longer stay. The separate living area, with its L-shaped sofa-bed, ottoman and TV was great if bringing the family. The bedroom was neat with two queens beds, lots of surfaces and large TV. There is also a small desk and chair and also led into the bathroom sink and separate toilet/shower room. I do prefer to have all (sink/toilet/shower) behind one door...but not a big deal. TVs had lots of channels.Wifi was a bit hit or miss...seemed to be better on computers but when using iphones/ipads, it kept requiring to sign into the Hilton Honors network and many times giving errors after the room credentials were entered. Though the bandwidth was more than adequate once signed in.Lots of outlets, lights and USB outlets all around. Heating/cooling unit worked as expected.Gym was neat and well-maintained with all the necessary machines. Though on my first visit, there were cups and no water...and my second visit, there was water but no cups ?! I ended up going to the front desk where they gave me a bottle of water.Did not use the pool, but it looks clean. Ice machines on every floor as well as vending machines with $1.50 20oz soda bottles...which was great. Laundry machines on main floor near gym.Breakfast was adequate...a few hot items: eggs and sausage, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, yogurts and fruit. Good enough to sit down for a quick bite or to grab a few items before hitting the road.Little pantry area where you can buy snacks and convenience-store-type foods near the front desk.Overall a great experience...recommended for those staying in the area. Lots of perks for those looking for longer stays and waiting to feel more "at home".

Room smelled like mildew due to leaking air conditioner, visible rust in the corners of the shower. Went to change the sheets myself and accidentally brought up the mattress pad, mattresses are HORRIBLE beneath. Obviously just a surface clean type of place.
