I love the Community Center! The facility is amazing and they have several classes that are included in your membership fee. It's super clean and everyone is super friendly...they know me, and it really feels like a *community* center. I mostly do yoga and swim. And I really commend them for everything they did during all of the COVID restrictions and lockdowns last year...during such a stressful year it was amazing to be able to rely on them. Why 4 stars and not 5? Honestly it's just a bunch of little things...--Their scheduling, booking, and payment definitely feels like you're back in the 90s. It really annoyed me at first, but I'm used to it now.--They have sports leagues, but unfortunately you already have to be on a team to join. My husband and I are newer to the area, and have tried 2 years in a row to be "free agents" with no success.--Occasionally it can make more sense to pay a lá cart for the classes rather than have a membership. In early 2019, I was only doing the master's swim classes so I dropped my membership and only paid for those as I went.--Each family member is an additional fee. We don't have kids yet, but I can't imagine large families having to pay for each kid's membership rather than just having a family pass.Like I said it's an amazing place and we don't plan on going elsewhere. And with a few tweaks, this place would be 5+ stars.
