“Larry was so knowledgeable and took a step-by-step approach to helping us find the perfect bed that was within our budget. We are both convinced that we chose the best bed for us.
We phoned back in after a couple months with concerns that our bed wasn’t breaking in as much as we hoped. Larry guided us through a few methods of accelerating the process so that we could be certain of the need for an exchange by the deadline.
Near the end of the exchange window, we went back to reassess our choice and decided to upgrade a similar bed with slightly better-for-us properties that we had glazed over previously (I had largely written off foam mattresses).
