Olivia was amazing in the shoes so patient with me I tried like 7 pairs lol tilll I found the right one !!! I finally did she showed me what they had in stock and brought out a good amount and then I saw these and just knew that’s them!

Bought these DBX ice skates from this location yesterday and the customer service are awesome! They are super helpful when it comes to finding specific items. My size was not on display so an employee went back to get them for me. They fit great and I have wide feet so I definitely recommend DBX recreational skates for beginners. The skates were on sale for only $49! Great price and I even earned 49 points for this purchase. The employees at the front of the store are incredibly generous! Ready to greet you once you come in. This is the biggest Dick's Sporting Goods I have been to and they have a great selection of new brand clothing that are in style with many sizes available.

I usually only do reviews when it doesn't turn out good. This one is different. I made a mistake of ordering the wrong pair of pants and had to come in to change them. Morgan took good care of me. I was broke and we have nothing under the tree. We're going through unfortunate situations that were unexpected and it's ok because at least we have our lives to be thankful for but when it rains it pours. Morgan was very professional, kind and fast. She's also smart as a whip.Dongo because she is an outstanding asset to your company. Not to mention that she even listened to me . If you read this Morgan thank you! Sometimes to make someone's day all it takes is for someone to care and listen. And I'm truly grateful for that Morgan know you're probably like damn, it was only an exchange. But if you only knew that I have everything that went left and needed just one thing to go right and it's why I. So over the top. So thank you again and again Morgan.

It's sad I go in there for fishing stuff and there's only 3 isles that barely have anything in them they need to bring back there fishing section of old where it was a good 7-9 isles

Such bad sales tactics. Tried to sell me the wrong size shoes, when I asked him why he gave me a different size, he said he couldn’t find my size so he just gave me a different size without telling me.

Don't believe the availability of instore items online. I went here just to get a fishing net, and according to the website there were plenty in-stock. I show up to hardly anything left and not what I was looking for. Employee wasn't any help other than giving me the run around stating what we have there is also in the back room. Did I mention he never even looked at the rack.

Anthony and another sales associate took time to search the stock room for a Penn fishing reel i wanted and the website said it was in stock. It took them a while to find it but they did! Happy customer here!
