I was refused service because I didn't have my physical insurance card with me. I provided all information and showed them card on my cigna app however they would still would not let me be seen. I been sick fpr almost 2 weeks and I need assistance to feel better but my I'd, group ID, visibility of insurance app on my phone was not enough. This is sad for people who are sick and have insurance buy still refused aervice.

The staff was friendly & seemed to enjoy their jobs. The center is not clean. There are is dust, dirty & grime all over the place. It needs a renovation because a deep clean would not be good enough. The floor are dirty. The sinks aren’t polished. When you think of a doctors office you would imagine it be in pristine shape, this one is not!

Concentra is definitely one of my favorite places to get medical attention!! The nurses are very nice. And they speak to you with care and respect. And they do their best to get you in and out in a caring and timely manner,.

Everyone is very nice. The office staff works diligently to get you in and out on time. Dr. Hennelly is wonderful. She is down to earth and very personable. She doesn’t rush you through to see the next patient. She stays on schedule but gives you the opportunity to ask all your questions. Nice place!!

My experience with RHD Was very professional. They explained everything about the company. I was introduced the the manager and Lead worker. I also felt comfortable and confident for the position of LSP.

I'm sorry that 1 star is the minimum rating. I think it's too generous for the unexpected service I received by the unprofessional Plymouth meeting staff. I was asked twice if could afford services. There was an apparent printer issue that somehow I got blamed for. I had difficulty obtaining 3rd party results after my visit. I'm grateful that the experience lead me to Industrial Healthcare Center moving forward.

After experiencing an injury at work, I went to concentra to get treatment. The doctors were knowledgeable, everything was located on site and everyone there seemed to care about me as a patient and getting me on the road to recovery.

I was very impressed with my visit. Got me in quickly and out as quick as possible. Even went so far as to call another doctor on my behalf and get me in to see them on my way home. Thank you all so much for your kindness and care. Everyone there was very kind front desk at check-in at checkout doctors Etc.
