Very disappointed with this business and the office. The charger stopped working. Had to get it replaced. Hearing aid stopped working, had to send it in for repairs. Finally got it back 6 weeks later. They kept saying if was the fault of their supplier, Signia. Now the 2nd charger isn't charging, and the hearing aid is useless. Sorry we went there.

I was overcharged $73 because the cashier didn't bother to count the items I was purchasing properly. When I showed him and the manager, they gave me an attitude, denied it and treated me poorly ignoring me as I spoke. I had to open my bags and count it for them so they woulfnt ignore their mistake. They eventually reluctantly adjusted the charged and gave a refund. I was glad to get my refund but the customer service was absolutely terrible. When I thanked them for fixing the problem, they walked away and didn't say anything. I won't go back! Shame on them.

I bought Bose speakers at Boscovs years ago and purchased a lifetime warranty through Boscovs. The speakers need attention and I have been told that it's basically my problem because they do not carry speakers anymore. That is bad business to not standby something I paid for and they offered as an option for purchase. The Manager I dealt with at Hazleton did her best but the corporate leadership did not stand by their own program. I understand that you do not sell that brand speaker any longer but that is a Boscovs problem, not a me problem. Bad business. Boscovs was always a go to for me but I will be sure to spend my money at a more reputable business that stands by its policies.

I love me some Boscov's. Great deals, and wonderful clearance racks through out. The staff has always been helpful. I appreciate the military discount offered. Every month my coupon is mailed to me. They also have sales... so many sales. It is a huge store. I do wish there was move to the boys section for older boys. The shoe section it's hard when you have to ask for the size and they go back. I did not realize they worked in commission. But, when you have to stand around because they are super busy it makes me want to give up and not purchase the shoes. But, the female staff member who helped me was so kind, patient and helpful

I Love Boscov's ; please never go out of business !! I went there to shop on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I got some fabulous buys. I bought 8 tops in good quality for 75% off and a sweet leopard short coat for a fraction of the regular price. I felt like a new lady with so many new clothes. I am on a tight budget so I dont get to shop but maybe 2 times a year and I can always get a great Bargain in any Dept. at Boscov's and High quality items . Thanks Boscovs for giving me a nice shopping day! Ps the sales ladies are awesome !

I love Boscov's ! I have been shopping here for probably over 25 years. Have purchased furniture here as well as shoes and clothing. I am so happy they survived Covid and it is a real tribute to the management that they were not only able to survive but thrive. I honestly haven't been here in awhile because I have way too many of everything but I love the brands and selection they always have. I was actually impressed with the huge amount of inventory they had this week , Macys seems to really have trimmed their inventory by comparison. Boscov's always has competitive prices and when items are on sale they are usually fantastic deals! I love their brands , nautica , Florsheim shoes etc. I am a huge fan of their shoe department, always get lost in the mens section and they have nice suits and ties, tons of ties ! I also love how they have a huge candy and chocolate section with Godiva and Asher's chocolate, fantastic quick and easy gifts! I have purchased furniture here in the past and it looked like they had some really nice sofas. This is an old school department store that keeps on rolling through the decades and I am looking forward to my next visit sometime soon !

They have cool items if you know what to pick but the customer service is poor! First off there are many registers with no one there to ring you up . The only ones usually opened is the lingerie section or the women's clothing section . There have been many times I have went over to lingerie as well and no one was there . So that means every section is abandoned except for the women's clothing section . At women's clothing , the workers sit and talk in a huddle instead of being at the registers ringing people up so they can get them out of there . The one girl is always on her phone and picking up her phone during transactions and stopping transactions to pick up the phone . They do what they want to do because they can . There is no reason that that's the only register opened and they're standing around doing things that aren't their job . This is the like the only store left really in the mall so it should be so much better !

Do not come here. The people working here are void of any intelligence. We asked the girl working in the jewelry department for a little bag so we could grab some perfume samples and she said she couldn't give us one unless we made a purchase because they are saving the planet with plastic bags. Then she said the "" girl with the lab coat can get me a bag so I can bring some perfume samples home. She declined to give me a bag because she said it was "" company policy. She was very irate and disinterested in giving me any customer service. I feel like I just spoke with two robots who were programmed to act like humans. Please don't come here.

This is one store out of a few that I absolutely love shopping at ~ and have complete confidence that no matter what the occasion, I can find what I need (and want) here. The selection is huge with plenty of fashion choices for everyone. And the prices are very good ~ with frequent sales, coupon offers and online discounts, it's nearly impossible to find this sort of quality at their prices. I do wish their beauty counters were more stocked and staffed. It would be one stop shopping for me if this were so. For beautiful, designer apparel, stylish shoes and bags, perfect gifts and gorgeous jewelry ~ this will continue to be my favorite place.

I will start by saying Boscov has nice items. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Countless times, in different departments, I've been ignored at the register. More than once, store staff at registers have waited on people who came after me. I would not recommend this location if you're looking for good customer service.

don't shop here if u n hurry I ask sales girls n makeup fragrance dept where do I go buy earbuds she lied and say the store don't sell that lol but of they do it'll b as seen on tv downstairs she was right but nasty at thesame time the air conditioner wasnt cool at all I was sweating like crazy thank God I've never have to shop here again I couldn't wait to get out there u b spending 5 mins trying to find sales associate smh
