Would NOT return. Optometrist was abrupt, brusque, bordering on rude. She seemed annoyed that I wanted her to be thorough.Front desk reception was fine, eye glass selection was good - but I will go to Willow Grove location.

Did not feel welcomed. Procedures were explained like Bla bla bla. Doctor did not even say good bye. After 10 years with blistine, I will change provider. Sad

Great care! The front staff were helpful and understanding when I arrived a little late, even though it meant shortening their breaks. Dr. West is knowledgeable and kind. I’ve seen Dr. Bistline for 15 years and transferred to this location now that Willow Grove has moved. The practice uses state of the art tools and technology and the LensCrafters staff outside are helpful and friendly without being overly pushy or sales driven, like what one sometimes sees in optician shops. Won’t trust anyone else with my family’s eyes.

My exam started on time. I received a full exam with state of the aer equipment. My optometrist was thorough and listened to my concerns. I recommend them.

Dr. Hudson is amazing! She is kind, patient and the right person for this job! I had 3 recent appointments at another location where I continued to be given the wrong prescription, she listened to me and made sure I left with the right prescription! I highly recommend her to anyone in search of an awesome eye doctor!

Everything from the time I walked I. To the time I left was great. Front desk was great. Eye exam was great - I love the fancy new cutting edge equipment- and the results were great. The Dr was very detailed in everything and made a great recommendation on which contacts to use. I’ve never tried progressive contacts before and now I have them I’m so excited. I’m going to dinner with my friends tonight for the first time in years and won’t be made fun of for not being able to read the menu without readers! Such a great experience! I started using Bistline office in Plymouth Meeting years ago then moved to Bensalem and had a bad experience at a Visionworks franchise only to jump right to Bistiline Willow Grove which was still a little hike but worth it. Now that I’m back I. The area I’m happy to be back at Bistiline Plymouth Meeting and will always highly recommend them!

The new facility was state of the art. It was also very clean. The customer service was still the same professional and I was seen in a timely manner. I am more than happy with the service I received. 10 out of 10. I will be back again!!?

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I would genuinely never use this place again. Walked away feeling degraded from the whole situation. I asked why it cost $39 extra for glasses exam, extra $60 for contact lens WITH insurance, ladies behind the desk sat there subtly laughing at me and making comments when they thought I was out of earshot. They had overlooked I had requested contact lens fitting, I had to go back in and ask. Optometrist apologised they overlooked it, she was accommodating and took me for the exam. Was no big deal. It was being laughed at and comments from receptionists that bothered me, I just wasn’t expecting to pay $100 on an eye exam when I have vision coverage and it hasn’t cost that elsewhere.My wife cancelled her appointment with same company after the situation. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen that’s fine and understandable. The behaviour was uncalled for, I walked away feeling awful.
