I have been in the US, but for a few years, yet, it feels like forever. Best Buy is the place for your home electronics and appliances. I am assuredly confident, comfortable, and satisfied that I made a great choice of things I wish to purchase and all. Look no further for quality and make this a place of choice. You have no regret!. I've purchased a lot of tech, gadgets and games from Best Buy. I've also had their crew do work at the house including TV and audio install and set up, Sonos audio inside and outside, etc... Shout out to Nick and Sean on the sales side who recommended the right products, and especially Sean for continuing to work with me on new projects and any issues that arise. Jason, Dave, Ethan and the rest of the install crew were friendly, meticulous and just a good group of guys to do the work inside and out. Everything works perfectly so we can just enjoy it.

Terrible experience. I went there for a tv avoiding the south Philadelphia store on purpose and I had done my homework in terms of what I wanted. I was received by 4 idle people that gave me attitude and were useless. Specifically the one with the headset was barely paying attention. These people should be fired for treating customers like this. That’s why people go on Amazon so that don’t deal with people that think they work at Home Depot or the dmv. Never again
