Was promised my order of a 2024 corvette ERay would be at MSRP and after waiting on the order list for 2 years I received a message that the general manager reneged on the offer of msrp and now would charge 10k over. Not much integrity with the management here.

Took my Cadillac in to be inspected ,passed with flying colors.Clerk returns to say problem with inside lights in car will not turn off.It was not like this when I brought in 1 hour ago! They can't find the problemMechanic thinks it may be caused by cold weather...WTFThey return 1 hour later to say could not find a problem but lights all of a sudden turned themselves off. It must be a Christmas Miracle!!!!! Charged me $165.00 Have used Bergey since bought the car 2013 .Cadillac has 60,000 miles. Like new. Rip Off Artist ... go else where.

Buyer beware! We ordered a 2022 Suburban through Bergey's Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting that was delivered with scratches on the bumper (among other things like issues w the paint) that we pointed out at the time, then only took delivery of the truck bc they said they'd address them...now in September they've finally given us an appt for the issues found at delivery but are telling us they won't fix the scratches on the bumper that occurred prior to us taking it. I won't even get into how gross the loaner is that they gave us...save yourself and go somewhere else.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bergey’s Chevy of Plymouth Meeting. Last weekend I purchased my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer and have been in love with this car ever since. My sales Rep. Jim Brody was amazing, sweet and very patient. As a person who is very selective, specific and a first time car buyer the process was long and a little frustrating but, in the end Jim and his manager Ed made my final car buyer experience nothing short of Amazing. Nothing but patient and understanding for someone like myself and that meant a lot. I am extremely Grateful. Thank you!

Terrible service. I called the day before to see if I could drop my car off the following day at 9am for an oil change and they said sure, it would be completed by the end of day. When I showed up at 9am today they told me it was "a dice roll" on whether or not it would be finished. Not accommodating and also rude.
