Had a rear differential replaced there and service was great. I purchased an extended warranty on my own but did not cover the repair. General manager Brad worked with me and got the car fixed. Matt in the service dept was great and went above and beyond to help me in the process. Five starts all the way around. Thank you Bergy team.

Honestly I have had nothing but good experience with Bergey's. My sales rep was fantastic. I bought the Lyriq and it has had some problems but services has been all over it and communicating with me daily on updates. I am hearing nightmare stories with other dealerships with people dealing with the same issue.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Bergey's Cadillac for the FANTASTIC roadside service mechanic they sent to take care of my Escalade. He had my vehicle fixed and back on the road within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and quickly resolved a frustrating situation. Thanks again for sending him my way and providing a great service experience!Service: Electrical

Just ordered my 2024 XT4. Joe in sales is my go to guy he gets whatever done and super knowledgeable. Early this year Dan did an amazing job helping buy my lease. And let me not get started on the service team. I adore Dawn, Marc , Matt and the whole team. They are super transparent, honest and always look out for me with scheduling. Any concerns I’ve ever had with my vehicle they listened to me and fixed to the best of their ability. When I go in I’m actually happy to see them, they give family vibes. Super cool, easy to talk to and very personable. They have my loyalty and respect. If I stay with Cadillac my cars will only come from them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Purchased a certified used 2019 CTS from Bergey’s. The experience started off rocky when the certified used vehicle had a bubble in the outer sidewall of the tire, that fails state inspection in PA, but we all make mistakes so I pressed on.A clearly bent rim caused by the same impact that likely caused the bubble and it was like pulling teeth to get it rectified, but after unending persistence they agreed to straighten the bent rims.Shortly after purchasing a number of issues arose, so I brought back to have it serviced. A gentleman in sales said that he tested everything I complained about and it was functioning normally. I received the vehicle back and wouldn’t you know it, all the same issues were there. A loud steering rack, no range on my key FOBs, and very hard shift from 1st into 2nd. (The last concern of which I was able to find a technical service bulletin pertaining to.) I was told by the sales manager that the 3.6 motor normally feels like that, which is incorrect as the viscosity of the transmission fluid is changed with the TSB with a transmission flush (unrelated to it being a 3.6 as it is a transmission error).I waited many months as I settled into my new home before trying service at Bergey’s again; I figured it may have just been a rough time or short handed. This time I wasn’t able to even get past the service desk when I called. The patronizing service advisor transferred me to a person to schedule an appointment but she didn’t pick up.What a waste of time this dealership is and how incredibly incompetent. Puts the Cadillac brand to shame. I am now gladly driving much further out of my way to visit another Cadillac dealer that’s able to resolve my concerns.AVOID this dealer at all costs!

I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT6 from Bergey's, and over the first few weeks after delivery, I noticed several issues that were all related to the manufacturing, storing, and shipping of the vehicle (before it ever arrived at the dealership). Since these were not apparent before I drove the car off the lot, I thought I'd have difficulty getting them addressed as I started to identify them.Right from the beginning, the people at Bergey's took care of me better then I ever could have expected. I didn't have to call them and hound them and explain things to them. THEY called ME, to offer options and set up service schedules. Everyone spoke to me with empathy and reassured me that they'd take care of everything to my satisfaction. They gave me their email addresses and cell phone numbers to make communicating with them easy. They gave me a beautiful, brand new XT6 to use as a loaner while they had my car (which took just under 2 weeks to fully fix). They called me with updates every day. They even had someone from their corporate office call me to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment I was experiencing and to tell me that "My problem was now her problem!"After they completely fixed the car, they cleaned it and detailed it, and returned it to me in perfect condition. A few days later, I got multiple proactive phone calls asking me if I was satisfied and telling me to contact them immediately if I needed anything else.Bergey's puts a lot of stuff in the "about us" section of their WEB site describing how dedicated they are to customer service. The bottom line is that they actually "walk the talk."I'd especially like to thank Matt Nasuti, Dawn Clayboss, and Joann Vass for the amazing way they treated me and for "turning my frown upside down." Best customer service experience I could ever have imagined!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible salesman. Didn't fix what he said he would fix. Was probably the easiest sale he ever had yet for me it was my worst experience with a car salesman. Still waiting for the touch up paint he said he was gonna send me. Been two weeks now. The guy who handled the paperwork was awesome. I believe Steph or Seth.

I had to take my parents' car for service. When I say the customer service from beginning to end was great, is an understatement. I dropped off the car, and they took me to and from work. Mark in the service department explained everything in terms I could understand. Great experience! Thanks guys!

Tags finally after 6 months. Mike Harris, manager contacted me and worked through a very bad third party situation and bad service on the part of the dealer staff. Now finally resolved thanks to Mike. Sorry for the low rating but it was a fiasco and too long in the making.

Was just checking out the web site and their special deals. They advertised the model that I was looking for at a very good price. But, surprise surprise, they just sold that car. They have other, more expensive cars if I want to take a look at.... Classic bait an switch. I will not be shopping with this dealer.
