Used car dealer like the rest. We traveled out of state based on other reviews, and honestly, I didn't get the hype. Friendly enough people, but that's the job, so to be expected. However, do your research on the vehicle you're looking at and make sure to see it on the lift before buying. Like many dealers these days, it seems to be the consensus to let you and warranty handle the after purchase issues that I believe were known when sold, I will leave it at that. I'm not here to bash anyone, just my honest review.

Battaglia auto sales feels more like family than a car dealership. They are wonderful people who will help you when you need it.
We found Battaglia 6 months ago because they had the vehicle we had been searching for. Our previous car was totaled in an accident, so we wanted to find something fast. We test drove the vehicle we wanted, and it was perfect for us. They offered us a tiny discount and we bought it days later. Joe and Ron were super nice and made the car purchase very easy for us. Fast forward a couple months later and we got into a little fender bender with a dent. I was so sad about it! Ron understood and worked with us to fix it at no charge!! The car looks so much better now, thankfully! We are very grateful! While we were waiting, they even gave my kids soft pretzels! ?
Besides sales, they do car service, and make keys as well..very convenient as we need keys made for our other car.
We are lucky to have found Battaglia, and will be working with them for years to come.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with this dealership. Joe was extremely helpful and courteous and treated me like we’ve been friends for years. The guys in the shop were knowledgeable and efficient and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. What a top notch establishment! Don’t hesitate to come here whatever your needs.

I took my car here to be serviced for what turned out to be an easy fix. They were able to take a look at my car quickly and Danielle at the service desk was so nice and professional. Will definitely be back!

Amazing! From the first return phone call from Joe until my daughter Ashley pulled away in her dream car , this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The knowledge, professionalism and down to earth kind of guy Joe showed my daughter and I is beyond what I expected. Joe was not pushy and did not "just " try to sell Ashley a car. He sat down with us and explained everything to her and I, and helped us in every possible way to make sure that Ashley was comfortable with her purchase. When we went to pick up her car, Joe introduced me to Mr. Battaglia, I sat and talked to him for about half an hour, not even about the car we were about to purchase, we talked about people we may have each known, how a Family owned business means more than just any car dealer, I expressed to him how I was so comfortable there, how Joe was a great salesman and really knew his stuff. Joe and Mr. Battaglia made my daughter and I feel so welcome that I knew we had made the right choice to purchase her car there. I definitely will be sending my family and friends their way. I will never go anywhere else. I am a customer for life! It's hard to find a car salesman with heart, well I found him. Impeccable and trustworthy customer service - Joe and Ron helped me find my dream car and got the best interest rate possible for my car loan (I had tried THREE other banks and loan companies, and their rate quotes didn't even come close!). I can't say enough good things about my experience at Battaglia - I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new ride :)
