Stopped in today and found everyone all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The store manager also provided great input and suggestions. Found the whole experience to be great.

My first experience at AYR was incredible. Unfortunately I am a VERY anxious person especially in new environments or situations so when I arrived as a new patient I was on edge but was quickly made to feel comfortable by Kelsey who helped me with the new patient paperwork while also talking me through the process. Afterwards I was greeted by Audrey who brought me back and took the time to ensure she knew exactly what I was looking for and talked me through my options. Audrey seems to be very passionate about the industry and helping patients which shined through during our interaction. She is knowledgeable on the products and their effects. She not only effortlessly explained each product we discussed but was able to break down each component of the product and explain it to me in ways that I could understand. The collaboration the team at AYR showed was also impressive as after Audrey and I had it down to two different products she brought in a coworker named Max who was able to also give me his opinion on each product which sealed the deal. I will not be going to any other dispensary as I have never felt more at ease or comfortable which given my severe anxiety is saying more then I could ever explain.I work within the Medical field and deal with patients daily that experience the same anxiety disorders and have trouble going into new environments or unknown situations and I am very happy and excited to say that I can now refer them to a dispensary that I know will guide them through the process with the utmost care and least amount of stress possible.I have never experienced such exemplary customer service within a dispensary or honestly any customer service industry as I did during this visit. I can say with complete confidence that anyone that enters this dispensary will have a great experience if they encounter the team that I was blessed to meet.

Noticeable that this location has improved with customer service. I like that I can order online with Ayr and they always have it ready quickly wherever I shop.

In my experience as a patient, AYR employees have consistently demonstrated their passion and care for the industry and the patients they serve. Nobody is perfect, but AYR employees have shown me on many occasions that they handle the stress of an ever-changing, young industry with grace and aplomb. I am regularly impressed with the AGM's eidetic memory for strain lineage, and the Sales Lead's seemingly endless wellspring of positivity; these two, among the many intelligent, charming budtenders behind the counter, have made AYR Plymouth one of my favorite spots to get the medicine I need. Highly recommend visiting!!

AYR was once the place to go for amazing product and the most important part about what set this place apart from other dispensary's was the QUALITY CARE. Where you made that connection with someone that cared about what you were dealing with and took the time to talk and hear about your conditions and pains and gave amazing guidance and listened about your day. Since the new leadership change from last summer sad to say the Plymouth meeting store is a hollow shell of what it once was. Sad to say they pushed out all of the really good employees that made the Plymouth store what it was and replaced them with YES men and Salesman. The reason why they no longer do 30% sales is because they shifted there business strategy to margins now and no longer treat there patients like patients but dollar signs. I overheard the new AGM and SALES LEAD talk about UPSELLING products to Patients which is down right wrong and not the reason why I got in the medical cannabis industry in the first place. My philosophy as a budtender was patient focus and quality care and give the best product selection and always give the best deal to save on good quality medicine for the patients benefit. The product selection is old and stale like Patrick Foley stated you can find better product selection and better pricing at other dispensary's and overall better quality care at other dispensary's. AYR then use to give you the best price the best product and best care. AYR now does not care about the patient experience but more about how much they can make off of patients with there margin strategy. AYR has now became the Walmart of dispensary's where you find deals on medical products that are not of medical value due to them being almost expired or of lesser quality medicine. You might save a couple dollars but medicine should be of the highest's quality for a good price. The patients of Pennsylvania deserve to be treated like a patients rather than a dollar signs. WE ARE NOT A REC STATE WE ARE A MEDICAL STATE DO BETTER AYR. I wish and hope the company learns from what worked and learns what doesn't work because there is a reason why there parking lot is always empty.P.S I speak the truth and only objectively nothing personal its just business.

When all of your employees have to be replaced once a year maybe it’s not them? Maybe it’s your poor leadership? Ever consider that? I don’t know why anyone would shop here anymore. Ascend is a lot cheaper, Liberty has a better selection & Verilife price matches. 30% sales are done this place has nothing to offer anymore. Only dispensary still celebrating Columbus Day. Yikes.

Always a 5-star experience, regardless of who helps me out. All the employees give off the vibe that they love the work they do. The only place ill shop. Keep up the good work everyone!

This place has great staff that are always friendly. The sales are quick and efficient, they never hassle if you need to make changes to an order or have questions. Also they give discounts to medical professionals which is always a plus. Will always recommend AYR

Service has gotten worse, could have a apologized for the inconvenience of checking me in. Basically got a renewed mj card and they couldn't link my new card and no customer service at all literally waited forever ,like 10 ppl got served before me because of that issue. I guess this is there new standard ?
